Hey so I have and have had for a while now the 6 month recurring sub yet this time around I’m not getting the 6 month promo rewards? I tried to make an in game ticket but every time I attempt too I just get a prompt saying your reward should be located here and it isn’t. I even checked my billing info just in case and it says 6 month recurring
