I haven’t received the new gift mount yet…its not in my bnet either…I have had recurring 6 month sub going for almost two years now…about a month ago I had to get a new Debit Card as the one I had got hacked …so when I got the new one I deleted the old debit card info and added the new Debit card info…now on my bnet it says I still have 3 months on my sub…so where is my mount then?
Could me deleting the old debit card info screwed up my recurring info?

If it shows an option to “Add a subscription”, then it’s not likely active right now.
It does Perl but I already have 3 months left of a 6 month one I brought 3 months ago…so I am screwed then if I don’t add a sub I get screwed out of this mount …I had to change my debit info cause it wasn’t an active card cause it was closed by my Credit Union due to fraud…this is my info on this 6 month sub… Order #US680423455…

Generally speaking, when you remove the payment method for your subscription, the subscription is cancelled but the remaining game time is still there.
In order to qualify for this promotion, your subscription itself still needs to be active. That said, you do have the option of re-adding a 6-month subscription (which you have to pay for in advance) which will get you the mount for free.
I am totally not happy about this now having to pay 6 months again when I had 3 months left on a recurring sub before this…not a good way to treat a veteran player for sure.
To be fair, you’re not being treated poorly. You removed the payment method which cancelled the subscription. So just like everyone else who doesn’t have an active 6 month sub, you simply don’t qualify.
I don’t either on my 3-month sub.
Being a veteran player doesn’t mean anything - Blizzard treats everyone the same. Blizzard isn’t going to treat someone better because they played longer. More so when the system is set up the way it is because the player wants X thing from having a six month auto-sub when they remove the requirement to have such.
You have the option of buying it instead of subscribing again.
LOL so I go and buy 6 more months of WoW sub only to be DC and just told I don’t have an active sub and it had run out…tell me now how I with 9 months paid in…get that message…and my account page says this now…Apr 5, 2023 Next Billing Date

I am on a 6 month sub (3 months till renewal) the blog said I should have my gifts by today nothing in my gifts on launcher or website just check 5 min ago
When does your sub renew? If your subscription is not currently active, then you won’t qualify. This promotion relies on an active subscription, not just active game time.
It doesn’t appear that you subscription is set to renew, Belekane. It looks like it was canceled back in April from what I can see.
