Ok I know this is not a violation of anything other than wasting people’s time to scroll thru so very many single listings by the same person/persons. This has been going on for several weeks now & there seems to be no end in sight. TBQH I would rather eat razor blades than to buy a single piece of infinite dust from these idiots! I mean … come on now…5,500+ individual infinite dusts listed. Is this supposed to be funny??? I’m not laughing…not giggling…not even smiling…its even beyond annoying af. Try & be considerate of people’s time when you are listing items…most of us want to buy in stacks & maybe an occasional single or two, but I can assure you NO ONE wants to sit there & go thru page after page buying individual single listings until the friggin’ cows come home!
I’d recommend sorting by price and then scrolling pages in the other direction.
The default AH is slightly getting changed to help against these issues. Meanwhile you can always use a 3rd party AH addon.
People buy them and quickly at that so why would they not post them.
That’s what it comes down to as people buy single stacks people post single stacks. If people dint buy them even at a lower price people wouldent post them as much.
As most use addons thou single stacks is rather irrelevant, while they take slightly longer to buy it’s not even that much longer set ah addon to buy all under x or buy x and click once wait about 1 sec per number gg done.
If the single stacks bother you the issue is the ui you are picking to use not the free market.
The ones that should be annoyed by singles is blizzard as causes a ton of server requests to search by these singles to post them and to buy them as well as them timing out if they do. This is why they mentioned some changes comming as this was one of the factors that lead to the ah trottle.
Download an auction addon. It will group stacks of singles by price per unit. So if people list 1 infinite dust for 1g 25s 22c and there is 5350 of them on the market, they will be a single click and chain buy option. However be careful when doing this as some people list a single infinite dust for 5k gold and if you are rapidly buying the stack you might accidentally buy the one listed for that much when they run out.
A good addon that stacks them is impossible to buy the ones that jumps for 1g to 5k.
Most have limits that prevent buying outside a price range jump eg I use 20 percent. Any item that is 20 percent more than the last of its type bought when chain buying causes a 10 sec pause and a big warning or requires clicking a different location of the screen. Past 40 percent requires you to click elsewhere no timer.
If your able to mistakenly chain buy an item that jumps by that level you really are using a addon that needs to be replaced.
