500 internal server error

Why does this still exist? All i want to do is renew my sub. I can’t even buy 60 day game time. I’ve cleared my cache and cookies, i’ve removed and readded my payment card. and that god forsaken error STILL exists. This is beyond ridiculous at this point. Could someone please help e with this?

Have you tried muktiple browsers or in incognito mode unfortunately blizzard wont help.

I’d be careful about saying won’t – Blizzard is unable to help with this error as this is typically something on the user end. Otherwise solid advice, but OP can also check on clearing the cache of the browser. :slight_smile:

I dont think ive ever seen a gm setup a subscription on behalf of a player.

I’ve had a few instances where Customer Support was able to force my card onto my account and charge manually. :slight_smile: After working in CS for a decade, rule 1 is always to never deal in absolutes. Just a friendly 2c.
