500 error when accessing account

Other actions are fine. But, seems like only account related actions result in a 500. I can log into the game just fine. I tried it in edge (which i never use) and chrome in incognito mode. No luck.

Can you explain what account related actions you’re trying to perform?

Trying to access the “Games & subscriptions” and anything in the shop i am getting “500- Server Error”

Have you tried a different browser. It’s working properly for me. I’m using Firefox.

Hm, I’m not seeing this in Edge or Firefox. It’s possible there’s a webserver out there with issues and I’m not on that one. I’ll let some folks know just in case.

Have tried Mobile, different browers. clearing cookies cache history. And cant to anything with the ingame shop.

Looking at older forum post. There were issues like this before. So hopefully something that can be fixed soon

Update: Looks like our overnight teams were already on top of it and have been investigating/working on the problem.

It just happened to me on the main Customer Support page. A refresh and it worked properly.

It looks like they have identified the cause and are working on a hotfix to correct the behavior for affected accounts.

When should something like this be expect to be fixed? I am having the same issue. Cant access account settings or purchase anything form shop/in-game shop. Just getting 500 - Server Error or 500- Internal Server Error

I’m unable to submit support tickets both in game and on Edge.

That could be the result of a different bug, specifically related to tickets.

When you put in the ticket, just put a couple words in the body of the ticket and submit it. Then you can go back and edit the ticket and add to it. There is a bug right now with tickets that make certain word combos stop you from submitting it. This is the current work around for the ticket issue.

If you were having issues accessing the Account Management page or completing Shop purchases, please try again. The hotfix has been applied to these services.

When I log in, it’s saying incompatible on all servers.

That’s a separate issue. You need to exit the game and let it update. If the game isn’t updating itself, try rebooting your computer. Sometimes multiple launchers get stuck open and will prevent the game from updating.
