So… played my noob rogue in a couple stocks runs this morning… switched to mage to do some silk farming and got locked after 3 runs. Switched to my priest to see if she could zone into stocks and she was indeed locked out. So it seems you can only do 5 instances per hour across entire account. Please be a bug and not a ninja nerf. D:
Been this way for a while now. 5 instances per account per hour. Daily limit removed.
The hourly cap has always been per character, not account.

People have been talking about this on the forums for at least two weeks now. Don’t know other than that. But, I’m just saying it’s been talked about for a while so it didn’t happen today or yesterday
