I have been raiding Kara for about 5 months now and I still haven’t even seen this bow drop. I have a mage alt that saw it once. I have also tried to run H SV for that bow, no dice either.
I have full beastlord w/ Primal Strike, Prince/Garona rings, trinkets, and even have full Tier 4 (which everyone says is terrible) in the bank. There’s nothing I need from Kara. I have been Exalted with Violet rep for a while now. I did all the quests. I hate running it. It takes so long and I need the last boss.
Yes, there is the Lady bow, but from what I hear, that’s not too common either, as well as getting to her is a bit more challenging to do on a regular basis.
At this point, I’m ready to shelve this char until another Phase and maybe get a ranged weapon in ZA or via badges.
So exhausted and frustrated.
That sucks… We have put the bow on like 9 hunters total. Half quit the game when they got it in p1 cause they had nothing else to get… All of our warriors and our rogue have it as well… I think we have even sharded a few. RNG is fickle
Farm the arena, bank 1875 points to the end of the season, then buy the S2 crossbow when everything is discounted. You could get the S1 crossbow for this price right now, but I don’t think it’s worth the price.

Took me months to get the gloves from Curator. I feel ya!
RNG is great, I never got the prince mace on my main, just stopped going. After a while spending 90min-2hrs in kara chasing one item off prince just isn’t worth the trouble

Like some have said, you’re probably best off going for the 50% discounted Merciless bow during off-season or just grind the honor for the s1 bow at the start of s3.

I got the KT staff before I ever seen a Mindblade drop and I have been doing Kara since week two.
Seen it drop twice on my warrior alt which is lame.
Same thing has happened to me with Prince Dagger and Mongoose Enchant. I haven’t seen them drop for 5 months.
That’s rough man. If the arena bow was a longbow I wouldn’t have persisted but I did and got it on the 7th week. Much longer though and I probably would have said screw it and bought a PvP weapon.
just do it until you get it.
same boat with spiteblade, i gave up and quit kara. then did headless horseman (cuz the sword is literally the same stats) probably 50+ kills and saw the blade once but lost the roll. So just waitin to win the roll on SSC sword. I’m not stressing thou, if I get it I get it, if not I’ll get the next tier sword, i still do respectable damage and when I finally get an upgrade it will feel even better
unlucky friend, i had 5 prince bows and got the lady bow 2 weeks ago, maybe just save your rng for thori’dal

Sure, I have stacks and stacks of cloth, but I shouldn’t consistently ned a full cloth stack to see 1-2 skill points on a yellow level profession item.
Just sayin’, RNG be whack.
And yes, I make sure AI is up, but FA is my corrupt, random, computer generated seed. Could be worse, could be weapon drops. 8D

You don’t need Kara bow to kill Vashj, we have had a hunter in our raid using Opera gun all of phase 1 and all of phase 2 so far.
Our Vashj kill last night dropped the bow which he got.
My guild has yet to see an eye of mag trinket from mag and we have killed every week since week 1. Thats just the way it is.
I have not seen to even loose a roll, cloak of the ogre magi from HKM and soul eaters handwraps from mag. have missed like 1 week iirc.

Never seen feral staff drop. Never seen leather shoulders from curator drop. Some items keep dropping everytime, some drop once and never again…
Been doing kara since week 2 or 3 nonstop. You can literally end up not getting your item in there for the duration of the expansion.
Imagine quitting your character over RNG…
