How do you plan on forcing it so that you can’t do it with 5 people? Change tuning so that it’s too hard? Are they going to make a minimum amount of characters to enter? This is more dense than the 1.12 AV threads.

They said they don’t want to touch the 1.12 database. And in the 1.12 database the UBRS mob stats like armor and health should all be established from when it was a 10man at that time. Keeping their armor, health and that stuff but making it 5man is unlikely. I’m sure we’ll be running it with 10 people.

I do love how JAB never did issue a retraction or apology about how he said THREE TIMES that UBRS was a 5man instance in vanilla (it wasn’t capped at 5 players until cataclysm) at blizzcon 2017…

It was a meme overnight… and I’m guessing that’s the source that has OP confused.

I dont understand what the issue is here though… are you complaining that it isnt 15 man? because I feel that is unwarranted considering the difference between 15 and 10 man is negligible. 15 man groups will literally just zerg it and it will be easier than if it was turned into a 5 man.

Wrong, a good 5 man group could run UBRS. A well geared group could easily do it way before it was nerfed.

I always thought of UBRS as a stepping stone toward full raids. It teaches new players how to work in a team with multiple tanks and multiple healers. So it should stay as such, IMO. I don’t know why they would try to fix something that isn’t broken.

(OP, I sympathize with your concern, but I don’t think there’s any real chance of them introducing Cataclysm nerfs to Classic UBRS. J. Allen Youthinkyoudobutyoudont Brack just stuck his foot in his mouth again because he, unsurprisingly, wasn’t paying enough actual attention to realize that UBRS was a raid until well after Classic.)

I don’t remember one small detail :

Was UBRS considered as “raid” with weekly lockout or we could reset this donjon ? If this is later, I know what I’ll doing at least once a day.

I remember doing it 5 men, but we were in T2 gear
