Some people asked for some changes. Those people get to live in the world they created.
The people who asked for no changes also “get” to live in that world.
Seriously, all you had to do Blizzard was adjust Omen of Clarity Proc percentage, is it that hard??
Buff>>Nerf>>Buff>>Nerf is no way to balance a class.
Adjust OoC proc percent and ditch this other crap!
