Salt Factory is a later evening guild located on Tichondrius - US, formerly known as Insomnia of Sargeras. Over the years, we've built a community of people who genuinely like playing together. We wanted to once again come together and create something for BFA. We believe in the mantra "raid smarter, not harder" and established a guild built upon that belief. While there are many of us that have raided at the higher echelons of the US raiding scene, we believe that rank means nothing without genuinely caring where you raid and who you surround yourself with. We place importance on the morale and atmosphere of the raid, and have endeavored to provide an environment that can be thoroughly enjoyed to its fullest while staying competitive.
While our raiding times or community may not be ideal for all, we're a guild with personality, that prides ourselves on our unique, and down-to-earth atmosphere. We are a very friendly, experienced, active progression raiding guild. We are currently 6/9M in BoD and were 8/8M CE in Uldir. Our environment is one that is focused on getting raid content down swiftly while still having fun. We’re not a bleeding edge progression guild, but we’re not super casual either.
We raid 3 days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8 - 11 EST
We’ve been around since day-one and have been raiding for 14 years now, and are the only guild on Zul’Jin to have done so. Most of our members are out of school and have jobs, so we offer a more mature, stable, balanced environment. We are a Horde guild named Dawn of the Dead on the Zul’jin server that has been raiding for the last 13 years. We are very friendly, active progression raiding guild. We are currently 6/9 Mythic in BfA. We work on pushing Mythic raid content, and are looking to recruit exceptional players for immediate positions on our progression raid team.

Raid Environment: Progression focused, laid back.
Requirements/Expectations: We are mythic raiding and expect all raiders to know the encounters/content. We are not here to carry anyone and expect raiders to bring the best they can to every encounter. Whether that is spec/talent selection, WA building, DBM notification/edits, consumable usage, ‘clever use of game mechanics’, etc; anything that will maximize your character. Alt/OS highly recommended.
Roster: We are looking to set our roster at approx. 23-24 members. This means some players will sit for certain days/bosses. All raiders must be willing to step out/in as requested. If you are on the mythic roster, you must be available during raid times.
Attendance: We expect perfect attendance. This is a game, and life happens, but 19 other players are depending on you being available for raid days. If you can not make a raid, no big deal, we just ask for 24 hour notice to fill your spot. If you consistently miss raids, we may replace you.

Guild Atmosphere
We have mostly adults here, averaging about 30 in age. We’re still plenty immature at times and we have lots of fun. There’s some dry humor, a meme channel in Discord and hidden bot commands to troll each other. We’re a family here. We spend the day chatting in Discord chat from our phones or work until people start getting home and logging in. We have people with children and families and share complaints about cranky children and spouses. We are a highly active community of people. If you joined Rally, you could physically raid 5 nights a week and a lot of people do. We bring alts to other raids or even raid the same raids again despite loot lockouts because it’s just fun to hang with these people and smash !@#$ together.
We are looking to recruit people who fit into our group well and get along. We are looking for people who care and want to learn and get better or are already skilled but lack the time to dedicate to hardcore raiding as well. Whether you still want to push progression or just want to raid once a week for fun and minimal pressure, please apply!

Thanatos (Burning Legion - H) is currently 6/9M in BoD. We cleared 8/8M Uldir and are looking to achieve Cutting Edge in BoD as well. We achieved CE each tier in Legion and are continuing that success in BFA. We’re a “semi-hardcore” guild that likes to kill all the bosses without getting too worked up about anything. Our guild has been around since BC and our members have a long history with one another. Outside of raiding, we enjoy doing mythic plus and rated battle grounds. Outside of WoW, we like playing other games togethers.
We raid M/T/Th 7:30-10:30 Central.
Currently, we’re looking for 1-2 roster players to bring us up to 23-24 folks for BoD. Most importantly, we’re looking for a healer and ranged DPS (warlock especially), but we will consider any class/spec. Someone who can play dps/healer flex would be a big plus.
