It’s not a weekly cap, you can’t hold more than 45. If you spend them, you can earn back up to 45.

They put a cap of 45 max August stone frags when items cost 40? Who thought this was a good idea?

9 is the lowest amount of frags you can earn from a dungeon. We will be over capping all of the time with this 45 cap.

Edit: cap is 55 now. No longer an issue.

Thanks for sharing your opinion. If it was indeed a weekly cap, I would agree with it. But as a Celestial Dungeon Hero, I found it to be a bit low, but nothing to worry too much about.
