I’m a Balance Druid that just came back to the game after a break and am looking to join a Mythic raiding guild (CE Capable) for Ny’alotha.

About me:

BTag - Stromex#1802

Character name - Stromexd

Available Times - 2-4 raid nights per week within the window of 7-11pm CST. I’m able to make any day of the week work.

Raid Experience - Dabbled in Mythic raiding in multiple tiers but never had the time to commit to a serious guild due to school commitments. I am now graduated, able to consistently make raid times, and am looking to achieve CE.

Logs - Search Stromexd on warcraftlogs. In the heroic progressing guilds that I’ve raided in recently with friends, I am consistently above 90-95% whether I am playing Balance or Resto.

Other Notes -
•2k+ raiderio score in Season 2 purely through pugging.
•2k+ PvP player on multiple different classes/roles.
•I have a brain. I understand that parses are irrelevant if the boss doesn’t die. I know how to do my job to ensure we get the kill.
•I’ve raid leaded in the past and understand how to do my research before the fight in order to perform at the highest level on a short learning curve during progression.

Hello I added you on bnet looking forward to chatting with you.
We are a small guild on Sargeras that has an active community both in game and on Discord. We are active during off raid nights with mythic+ and other in game content. We are a 2 night 6 hour a week raiding guild with intentions of achieving Cutting Edge. We have built a solid core and are looking for a few more raiders to add to our community and roster. We like to joke around and pick on each other all in good fun, but when it comes to progression we know how to change modes and be serious to get content down. Our atmosphere is extremely important to us, therefore we have a zero drama tolerance. We are looking for long term raiders with a competitive drive and a desire to always improve.

Raid Schedule:
Tuesdays and Wednesdays 7:30-10:30pm CST (Invites are sent out 10 minutes prior)

Requirements:
• Complete at least 1 +15 key per week.
• Have DBM/Bigwigs, AngryAssignments, and WeakAuras.
•Keeping Heart of Azeroth neck levels competitive, grinding out corruption resistance on legendary cloak for 8.3
• Be on time for raid invites with consumables which includes pots, food, flasks, and runes.
• Knowing your class. Keep up to date on the latest and greatest talents, azerite, essences, and gem/enchant combinations to perform as well as possible on each fight.
• Research on each fight for your specific role/class is required.
• Sign up to raids on the in-game calendar.

Attendance: We are looking for competent and reliable raiders that can maintain a 90% attendance rate. We are all adults with lives outside the game so we do understand that things happen. Our policy on missing raids is to notify an officer before raid, unless an emergency occurs.

What We Expect

Attendance
When joining our team with the intention of progressions raiding we expect everyone to show up for all raids on time and hold at least a 90% attendance rate. We understand life happens, and all we ask is that you give advance notice if you are able to.

Expectations
A player who is committed to operating as part of a team, and someone who is given a role and executes this role. Someone who has the mindset when preforming these tasks within raid makes the rest of the team better, and thus helping down bosses. They must be humble enough to know we all can learn, and improve. Constructive feedback is an important tool for any raid team looking to progress through heroic modes, and having members who embrace, as well as, learn from it is key to overall success of the raid team.

What you can expect from us
