Hi, I am experiencing an issue with Spark of Tides rewards. My Tidal Spark Dust tracker shows 4/4 for the Current Season Maximum, but I have only actually received 2 Spark of Tides.
I completed both “Trailing Xal’atath” and “Turn Back the Surge”, but I did not receive the expected Spark of Tides from either quest.
It appears that my character is being counted as having received 4/4 Sparks even though I have only received 2. I have already submitted an in-game bug report regarding this issue.
Could you please check my character and help me recover the 2 missing Spark of Tides, or confirm whether they will be restored automatically through a hotfix?

Same issue and I’ve seen many other threads with people encountering the same bug. So far any ticket I’ve submitted has just been responded with a copy/pasta response and no actual resolution. I also have a few guildies that have experienced the same issues so far. Super frustrating, and the fact that blizzard has not responded to any of these threads, or acknowledged this is ridiculous, nor do we get any help from tickets. All responses from tickets just state that it’s been “used” to craft an item or is the players/users own mistake. It is not blizzard, it’s an actual bug.
Fix the sparks blizzard do the right thing dont sweep this under the rug.
Experiencing the same issue on both regions, both main characters have 4/4 Spark dusts but I only was able to obtain 2. Sending a ticket results in me getting told I have looted them incorrectly and that I should log off and on again or check my mail.

Same issue here: 4 tidal spark dusts, 2 spark of tides. Would really love to craft my weapon! Are we getting a fix for this soon or what?

having the same issue today. did not get a spark of tides from the cursed surges quest and currency area says maxed out at 4/4 even though i only have 3. anything else we need to do to report this? i haven’t reported a bug before…. thanks!

Blizzard doesn’t seem to want to reply. They could easily write a 2 min response but don’t want too.
I am bumping this because i would like some level of answer. I don’t have alts that I can play, so this is really stalling me hard.
Insane to me we are now on the weekend and blizz can’t even be bothered to write a 5 second reply like we are aware.

We might be in for a treat, spark rewards because they couldn’t prevent that extra spark from getting rewarded, “fixed” it by handing out a 4th spark that some players just can’t acquire due to the fix breaking the counter, now the bug fix bugs out players from getting rewarded the two sparks and… nothing.
Meanwhile some people get their catalyst av by swapping specs.
While I’m not quite sure who exactly said it, I think it was the one that didn’t knew about the sword I still remember that exact person saying “We’re not satisfied with the quality of the release of this patch” well, at least they stay consistent there.
I wonder if any of the people on the team that play the game (must be at least a few right) have experienced this bug as well.
