I am currently 5/8 mythic EP and would like to continue getting cutting edge
I’m maining Warrior atm but I also have a DPS DK and a hunter that are behind in neck lvls
My warriors ilvl is currently 438 ilvl with all benthic gear at 425 and 65 traits in my neck.
I have excellent mechanical awareness,high dps output, and great knowledge of my classes and all of their specs.
I’m extremely flexible on days and times and have no problem playing Horde or Ally

We are a 3 day per week progression orientated mythic raiding guild. Currently 5/8M Palace 9/9M BOD (US 185) CE and 8/8 CE uldir and seeking exceptional dps ,1 healer (pref priest, paladin),
Raid times: Tues/Wed/Sun - 7:30-11:00pm EST
Our goal is to push CE as quickly as we can on a reasonable raid schedule. Outside of mythic progression, we are active in other activities such as mythic key pushing, off night heroic raids, etc. We run a lean raid roster and do not recruit for the bench, all needs are for core raid positions.

-Nevermind- is a 2-day raiding guild formed on Tichondrius-US with the intent of progressing content faster than your above-average 3-day guild. Our core roster started off with extremely competent 7/9M and 8/9M players strung together from multiple guilds. We came together at the very end of ToS, and we cleared 7/9M in 2 hours on our first week (Nov. 7, 2017) and progressed KJ to 29% in the remaining 2 weeks. Our plan was to ultimately start fresh as a new guild with Antorus, the Burning Throne.

Our goals as a guild are to push ourselves to be more competitive than most of the 3-day guilds in the U.S. To ensure that this goal is met and that we maintain steady progression as a guild, core slots will be competitive, meaning poor performance will earn a spot on the bench, and another player will have their chance to prove themselves. This also means that, while on the bench, you should be keeping up with encounters that we as a guild are and have been progressing so that when your opportunity comes, you are ready to show that you deserve a core slot. After bosses are put on farm, benched core players and trials will be given the opportunity to step in.
On top of maintaining competitive integrity, we also want to preserve an environment where all of our players interact outside of raid. Basically, this means that we are also looking for the types of players that do more than just log on for raid, whether it be inside or outside of WoW.

Recruitment Needs for Mythic: (Transfer Required) 1 tank or mdps with tank off spec, 1 disc+holy priest, 1 holy paladin, 2 ranged dps(strong preference for spriest+warlock) 1 fury warrior… Potentially 1 other stud melee player. [Mythic] Sat/Sun 3:30-7:30 pm central.
[Heroic] Tuesday is our heroic night for our mythic raiders/sales run 8:30 central to 11:00pm. This run is optional but highly recommended for gear sharing.
[Heroic] Wednesday- Open to our heroic team raiders, mythic raiders, and mythic raider alts. run 8:30 central to 11:00. This team full clears heroic easily as well.
[Normal] Friday open to anyone 8:30 central to 10:00.
We push people to get 1 heroic clear and 1 mythic 10 plus a week done. This is * required for our mythic raiders. As long as there is forging in the game people should be fishing for titanforges.
More about the guild: We do it all, we aren’t just raiders. We are extremely active guild, the most active on the server, and more active than most servers/guilds. Our people do not just log on for raids once or twice a week. Our average age range is 28-35. We enjoy PvP- arenas, rbgs, bgs, wpvp, Mythic+, achievements. We have a very laid back but like to get stuff done kind of atmosphere when it is not raid time. When it is raid time, we get focused and serious and competitive in a non toxic results oriented manner. Very active and supportive guild filled with awesome human beings. Our raiders are competitive players always striving to better themselves. Flasks and feasts and vantus runes are provided for all progression raiding. Precordium Pumpers is looking to push as a top 2 day guild on a 8 hour schedule. If raiding 3 days isn’t for you and want to push content, this is the guild for you.
Schedule
Tuesday/Wednesday 8:00-12:00 CST. Raiders are expected to have full availability during these times. Absences happen, but please do not apply if you expect to miss a significant amount of raid time. We run an optional heroic on Thursday’s at 8:00 CST.
Culture
The guild culture is targeted toward working professional types who enjoy gaming. Maturity, communication & problem solving skills are key.
Evaluation
You will be measured based on your performance in raids. If you aren’t meeting the bar, whether that’s because you didn’t read up on upcoming fights, didn’t invest the time to understand your class, or anything else, we’ll be forced to look for someone else who can. Generally speaking job security here is very high, since we think of ourselves as a community and it sucks to throw people out the door, but if you can’t meet our needs and help us efficiently and effectively compete with top guilds on a 8-hour schedule, you will not be likely to have a long tenure here.
If you play a class with multiple specs for your role, you will be expected to play whichever spec will perform best on a per-fight basis, within reason. If you feel comfortable playing outside your role, that’s a great bonus and you should call that out in your app.
Good communication skills are a must. You don’t need to be the guy who leads the raids, and if you prefer to stay quiet for the most part that’s not a problem. However, you must be able to speak up when needed and need to feel comfortable doing so readily.
