Hi everyone!

I am Moonfalauras. I have been a member of WoW since 2004 (long time I know) throughout my time with WoW I have been apart of different raiding scenes Casual,Semi-HC, and 6 Day a week Raiding. Now that I am older I cannot raid Hardcore any longer and I am looking for a specific raid time that starts around midnight EST once again EST if you start before midnight EST it may not work out since I will be 1hr late for raids. [H]-Bleeding Hollow is a Mythic raiding guild and active gaming community. Our goals are to provide a fun and toxic free environment, while pushing as far into current content as possible.

Current Schedule
Progression raiding takes place from 8:00pm-11:00pm EST on Wed/Thurs.
Alt/Optional Heroic nights are held 8:00pm-11:00pm EST on Tuesday.

Current Needs
We are always looking for talented individuals who are consistent, available, and dedicated to Mythic progression, but all are welcome and encouraged to apply!

Rules/Info

  • Consumables (Flasks/Food) are provided during raid.
  • Raiders will be rotated in and out during progression and farm based on performance or required comp.
  • Raiders are expected to uphold a healthy level of personal accountability. This means understanding and researching a boss prior to starting its progression. You should also be open to and understanding of constructive criticism.
  • Drama or blatantly offensive attitudes will not be tolerated. We appreciate a good or even dark sense of humor, but be mindful not to cross the line. We are also open to suggestions during progression, but we ask that you be tactful in your approach.

<Really Bad Players> is a longstanding adult guild on Blackrock seeking competitive players as we continue our progression through Battle of Dazar’alor.

Our roster is comprised of raiders who seek cutting-edge progression while divorcing from a four-night raiding schedule. As a two-night guild, we will never add another mandatory raid night, but we require exceptional (90% or better) attendance from our raiders.

Many of our raiders are online at all hours of the day running mythic+, farming islands, or pushing arena. We’re seeking similar players with personality, competitive drive, and a desire to become part of our family.

  • Monthly Off-Week: We take one week off from raiding per month. Though our Off Weeks slow our progression, we feel that it is a nice trade-off to have a free weekend for other things every month and also to preserve enthusiasm for the game.

Key Guild Differentiators:

Our guild, raid, and Discord atmosphere is constructed around being a collaborative low-stress environment. There is absolutely no yelling or raging at people, no egos being thrown about. We discuss problems in a respectful and civil tone in order for everyone to learn about the boss mechanics and push progression faster. We encourage people to speak up with ideas, suggestions, and mistakes without fear of being attacked in some form.

We do not require people to level/gear alts for split runs. We do have an alt raid on Friday nights, but it is purely optional for those who like to play alts.

What We Expect From Applicants:

  • Good skill level with chosen spec (demonstrated in logs).

  • Some prior raiding experience in Mythic.

  • Ability to attend at least 90% of raids.

  • A willingness and desire to spend some time outside of raid achieving reasonable character progression.

  • The ability to research current and upcoming raid encounters, and to keep up-to-date with any changes to the game.

  • Friendly, humble personality (team player).

  • Ability to communicate on Discord.
