4000 ping when I try to log in

Heya all, I am having trouble logging in. When I do log in I have a 4000+ ping. All of my other internet devices work just fine.

l Anyone else having an issue?

Are you with Rogers in southern Canada? I heard Blizz got many complaints about it already from their twitter.

Rogers southern Ontario same issue as well. unable to load battle.net or into the game. world server down constantly

I got in and can fly a bit, still a lot of lag

Seems to be an isp (rogers) issue having the same problem retail can get into d4 fine but with retail upwards 4000 ms or disconnect. Even had it ask me for authentication a few times.

Rogers tech support is a joke… I’d bet they ask you to reboot your router!

Rogers, I’m in london and my ping is over 14k when I was able to actually connect.

This is the second time in 24 hours that they’ve screwed me with toxic latency while I was gaming and this morning I had no internet to speak of.

I’m going to contact them and request compensation considering I paid my interent bill just yesterday and I am not putting up with this 11 months after their last fiasco in ontario.

Is this really a Rogers issue? When I am trying a tracert to the American wow servers the packet drops and high latency started after reaching eqix-dc2.blizzard.com.

Yep…

I’m down as well in Kitchener… and it’s an hour wait trying to reach rogers. Good thing TOGC was just released tonight… i hate rogers
