Same problem here … I have Rogers in Southern Ontario, Canada.
I heard D4 was working…yet I cannot seem to connect there
What’s wierd about this is that the rest of my internet seems to be working fine, but this specific usage of internet is apparently too much for rogers.
But what else can it be when it seems that only people with rogers from southern ontario are being effected by this drek?
Also in Kitchener and getting High ping looking at the tracert it seems to start at the blizzard connection.

Maybe they’re throttling it again like they did back in 2011…
So, for those of us who don’t read code what exactly is this saying?
I’m not prepared to sit on the horn with Rogers all night. I sent a tweet to @RogersHelps and maybe if a few more folks do, they will see a common issue. Also continue to let @BlizzardCS know the problem too. Only idea I have right now… Not sure if a VPN would help, but frankly too lazy to install one, and don’t want to sign up for anything ![]()
tracert doesnt look like rogers to me. Its dropping at eqix-dc2.blizzard [206.126.237.174] which is the Ashburn N.C, data center.
hoping if enough people post here a Blue may see it?
blizz CS on twitter is adamant its rogers and just keeps referring everyone to their isp.
i was suspecting a vpn could work, if you can force your connection away from that data center, but I dont have one to test it with.
yup if i switch to bell it goes to a different spot too.

yeah same here im with rogers and in southern canada
Down Detector is showing a large amount of people reporting problems. And judging by the high volume of customer service time…
You too huh. I’m in Kitchener as well. When I do get in I’m getting 14k latency. I waited the hour to get through to Robbers and they ran all there tests and said there was no issues on there end. The agent I talked to said the had there “Tier 2” run a bunch of tests and nothing. They also told me they aren’t receiving a lot of calls about this issue so they don’t have any alerts about it.
Oh it might be fixed! I am in and it looks green
Try now - I’m in with manageable performance
Ingersoll near London - 4k ms lag tonight with Rogers. No bueno.
So I am north of Oshawa and I am fixed, in and good. Let me know if you guys make it in
