I am the recruitment officer for Diminishing Returns on Dalaran. We moved to Dalaran after running a raiding guild on Kael’thas for 13 years.
We pride ourselves on stability and a good raid environment. We also do not recruit mass amounts of people for bench, as we do not recruit for bench.
While we understand a two day a week raiding guild is not going to have the same progression rate as a guild running 3 to 4 days a week, we always seem to keep within range of those guiles.
Raid Times: Tuesday and Wednesday 8pm till 11pm est. (6 hrs per week)

Being that our guild is in a low-medium populated server it is difficult for us to find players to join our raid group. That is why we created a community dedicated to not only filling our roster but also for recruitment. What we are about:
Cosmere of Crushridge [H] is a casual mature progression raiding guild. We are always seeking determined players to push content. Bolstering our core raiding group. Our goal is to have AOTC every tier and push Mythics. We are a laid back, fun group of people but we mean business when it comes time for raiding. Currently 9/9 BoD N & 6/9 H.
We welcome newbies and veteran players alike. We are willing to teach new players if they are willing to listen. We are here to help you as best as we can to gear up so that you are raid ready and also get your M+ keys. If you are a casual player who only does m+, pvp, or just the occasional raiding you are welcome to join. We don’t turn anyone away.
Furthermore, you won’t find crazy raging venting in this guild. We never resort to insults or foul language as a means of correcting mistakes. But we openly discuss errors and improve upon them.
If you plan to push content, this is what we expect from you:
-Consistent attendance for raiding (we understand you have real life obligations please give us notice in discord)
-Utilization of flask, runes, potions, gem and enchants (these will help you parse better)(We provide these items during raid times. But we still expect you to bring your own)
-proper min ilvl for each tier 370 (Normal), 380 (Heroic), and 390 (Mythic)
-knows his or her class and how to make the most of it (there is a plethora of information in the interwebs and we are also here to help)
-a team player who is reliable, mature, and who learns the fight beforehand.
-positive and determined attitude and most of all patience (With progression comes many wipes, with Mythic progression comes many many wipes)

We raid a total of 6 hours a week.
We also do M+ daily
We may add an extra day if killing a boss is very very close

Recruitment Needs for Mythic: (Transfer Required) 1 tank (no DH/bear/prot pal) , 1 priest or shaman, 1 ranged dps. 1 dps with strong tank off spec, prefer ww/bm. Potentially 1 stud melee player. We also recruit normal and heroic only raiders for our normal and heroic raids. We have many awesome less hardcore players that join us for heroic and normal to learn from our mythic raiders. This is a very active and growing guild. Our raiders do not just log on to raid and than disappear.
Guild Goals: To full clear mythic BoD in a timely competitive fashion (US 250 Minimum) [COMPLETED; cut our US ranking in HALF] and all future mythic raid tiers going forward in a quick and competitive manner. Raid Schedule
[Mythic] Thursday 8:30pm-10:30pm cst
[Mythic] Sat/Sun 3:30-7:30 pm central.
[Heroic] Tuesday is our heroic night for our mythic raiders/sales run 8:30 central to 11:00pm. This run is optional but highly recommended for gear sharing.
[Heroic] Wednesday- Open to our heroic team raiders, mythic raiders, and mythic raider alts. run 8:30 central to 11:00. This team full clears heroic easily as well.
[Normal] Friday open to anyone 8:30 central to 10:00.
We push people to get 1 heroic clear and 1 mythic 10 plus a week done. This is * required for our mythic raiders. As long as there is forging in the game people should be fishing for titanforges.
More about the guild: We do it all, we aren’t just raiders. We are extremely active guild, the most active on the server, and more active than most servers/guilds. Our people do not just log on for raids once or twice a week. Our average age range is 28-35. We enjoy PvP- arenas, rbgs, bgs, wpvp, Mythic+, achievements. We have a very laid back but like to get stuff done kind of atmosphere when it is not raid time. When it is raid time, we get focused and serious and competitive in a non toxic results oriented manner. Very active and supportive guild filled with awesome human beings. Our raiders are competitive players always striving to better themselves. Flasks and feasts and vantus runes are provided for all progression raiding. We are a friendly, welcoming group of adults who enjoy the game but also have outside lives of work, family, school, and other interests. On any given night in the guild there are people pursuing achievements, farming old raids for mounts and transmog and pets, doing emissary quests and grouping up for Darkshore or Arathi rares.
Our raid team is small — usually around 15 — but cohesive and effective. We are currently 4/9 H and get AotC every raid tier. Our raid times are Tues and Thurs 7-11 pm Eastern time. On Fridays we have a “fun run” normal raid where people are free to bring alts, invite friends, or just run their main in a non-progression environment. A Friday run might be a great way for your group to give us a try, without having to commit to a server transfer.

Guild Atmosphere
We have mostly adults here, averaging about 30 in age. We’re still plenty immature at times and we have lots of fun. We spend the day chatting in Discord chat from our phones or work until people start getting home and logging in. We have people with children and families and share complaints about cranky children and spouses. We are a highly active community of people. If you joined Rally, you could physically raid 5 nights a week and a lot of people do. We bring alts to other raids or even raid the same raids again despite loot lockouts because it’s just fun to hang with these people and smash !@#$ together.
We are looking to recruit people who fit into our group well and get along. First of all, we are on Stormrage, so no need to faction/server transfer. We have been around since the end of Warlords and get AOTC every patch. Everyone in the guild is an Adult and we all have careers/families so we understand that life comes first. What we offer is a group that has alot of fun downing bosses at our own pace.
