Hey there, dear reader! Please give this a read before copy/pasta’ing your guild recruitment!

-This Shaman isn’t 4/9, but I myself have 4/9 experience before I took a break from raiding/the game. (First break since Legion started). I was maining a Shadow Priest before the break, but despite it being strong, there’s things that really irked me about the spec.

So, after tons of playing around on various classes, I’ve found love in the Shaman. Be it flavor of the month or whatever it is, I’m really, really enjoying it. Sadly, after my break I came back to find the guild dead and all its members gone.

-I’m definitely back and looking, though! I’ve never been too excited, at least where BFA is concerned, to play a class in a good raiding environment, but I absolutely ADORE playing this spec! The shaman needs a few ilvl’s yet (currently 402 at the time of posting) but I’ve been working hard to get there.

I’ve done 7/10M Nighthold, 5/9M Tomb of Soakgeras, & 10/11M Antorus with Argus Cutting Edge down. For BFA, 5/8M uldir, and 4/9M BfD. I’ve got a strong raid ethnic and vastly seek to improve my game play whenever, and wherever possible.

Recruitment Needs for Mythic: (Transfer Required) 1 tank (no DH/bear/prot pal) , 1 priest or shaman, 1 ranged dps. 1 dps with strong tank off spec, prefer ww/bm. Potentially 1 stud melee player. [Heroic] Tuesday is our heroic night for our mythic raiders/sales run 8:30 central to 11:00pm. This run is optional but highly recommended for gear sharing.
[Heroic] Wednesday- Open to our heroic team raiders, mythic raiders, and mythic raider alts. run 8:30 central to 11:00. This team full clears heroic easily as well.
[Normal] Friday open to anyone 8:30 central to 10:00.

We push people to get 1 heroic clear and 1 mythic 10 plus a week done. This is * required for our mythic raiders. As long as there is forging in the game people should be fishing for titanforges.

More about the guild: We do it all, we aren’t just raiders. We are extremely active guild, the most active on the server, and more active than most servers/guilds. Our people do not just log on for raids once or twice a week. Our average age range is 28-35. We enjoy PvP- arenas, rbgs, bgs, wpvp, Mythic+, achievements. We have a very laid back but like to get stuff done kind of atmosphere when it is not raid time. When it is raid time, we get focused and serious and competitive in a non toxic results oriented manner. Very active and supportive guild filled with awesome human beings. Our raiders are competitive players always striving to better themselves. Flasks and feasts and vantus runes are provided for all progression raiding. What We Expect:

[F]ury is looking for raiders who are responsible, dependable, mature, and have previous experience in mythic raiding. Our aim is to push bleeding edge content at a rapid pace, with enough time before the next content patch to farm out mounts, achievements, and study up on next tiers content.
Our raiders are expected to have a solid understanding of their class/role and, in addition to maintaining 90% raid attendance, put time in outside of scheduled raids to keep their toon performing at the highest level possible. This means researching fights, studying class logs, running M+, farming world quests, and anything else that is needed to ensure that each player brings as much as they can for the 9hrs/week that we have to clear content.

What You Can Expect:

In return, we offer a healthy, fun, competitive, non-toxic raid environment where we aim to clear content quickly and efficiently. Our goal is to create a space that allows each member to perform at their highest level.
We consider this our online family, so any toxicity or rage directed at another raider will not be tolerated. We do, however, strongly promote personal accountability and encourage our raiders to own up to their mistakes so we can all learn from them. This team is built on the idea that mechanics > parses. If people fail at mechanics and wipe us, it sets back progress and we fail as a team. Killing bosses at a rapid pace is paramount and dying to mechanics due to tunneling is unacceptable. Any concerns with performance or attitude will be handled in a constructive and respectful manner.

We have people with children and families and share complaints about cranky children and spouses. We are a highly active community of people. If you joined Rally, you could physically raid 5 nights a week and a lot of people do. We bring alts to other raids or even raid the same raids again despite loot lockouts because it’s just fun to hang with these people and smash !@#$ together.

We are looking for people who care and want to learn and get better or are already skilled but lack the time to dedicate to hardcore raiding as well. Applicants should have extended knowledge on their class and spec (as well as off-spec, if we need to you change roles on some fights). This includes knowing stat weights to properly gem, enchant, etc. We only want players who can push the gear they have to it’s maximum potential. All members and applicants are expected to be fully gemmed, enchanted, and prepared for raids (Pots, Flasks, Food, etc.) when raid time approaches. Lack of preparation will be noted as poor performance and action will be taken accordingly. This is not a hardcore, waste your life, no-girlfriends allowed guild, but we will push progression tenaciously, and in turn are only seeking members who share our interest in doing so. This means you will need Discord, a working microphone, and the ability to know when it is and isn’t necessary to speak.

<Exodus> is a 6/9 Mythic raiding guild on Burning Legion - US. We strive to complete every boss of the current Mythic level content before the start of the next raid tier, on a two night, six hour a week, raid schedule. We welcome healthy competition in our roster, and our goal is to promote a balance between progression and fun, while maintaining momentum throughout the current tier.

Raid Times:
We operate on a two day raiding schedule.

Monday: 7PM to 10PM CST (8PM to 11PM EST)
