You clearly have no idea what you’re talking about sway, as we literally already have the options that you are asking for.
Not exactly an expert level opinion.

hwi many deaths? let me guess 15-32?
You have to be very careful about taking groups of people…I generally avoid it because it’s more likely to be problematic. The grouped players will always have each other’s back and will always view it as them against the group. You have to be especially careful about groups of 2 and if they have identical IO you should treat them as radioactive. They are most likely a couple and 1 person will often be significantly worse than the other.
When you are pushing above the max level required for Myth vault slots and quite possibly already have your 8 keys because this was posted on a friday? Not particularly, no
I’ll give you some advice. There’s a discord called WME or wow made easy. I go there with my keys if it’s a situation where I just want completion runs. I used them weeks one and a little on week 2 to get some weekly no leavers done on undergeared characters. They won’t leave the key.
No, at that level it’s either filled or will be filled with successful runs for Myth slot
You’re not running 11s for Vault. That’s what 10s are for.
I get that possibility but still hard to register not to just finish it.
I see that but still…Feels incredibly wasteful regardless.
Folks leaving a key because you won’t time it isn’t griefing. So your reports won’t do anything.
Stop spreading misinformation. What they were punishing were griefing, not specifically folks leaving keys. But a form of griefing is to systematically leave keys and we aren’t talking about “Oh I leave one key in 10” but we are talking about people who systematically leave hundreds of keys with the intention to grief.
Leaving keys isn’t punishable, but just griefing - and that requires intention to do so. Which is rather difficult to know for sure without them explicitly informing people that they do it to grief. To otherwise know or reasonably and reliably guess their intention is to have behavioural data of the user in question - which only Blizzard has.
The guys who left had his time wasted too. I always find it annoying that people think only those who stayed have a claim to wastes time. Buddy there wanted to time the key, spent most of the timer in the dungeon, and then left because it wasn’t possible. So his half hour was also wasted.
So you’re getting nothing of use, and you’re wasting another 10 minutes when that 10 minutes you could be 25% of the way through the next dungeon that will give you something you’re after.
Time management
If someone has that kind of energy props to them I guess lol.
Most people running keys aren’t just doing 1 a day.
Why did you invite a Weak Link? You accepted him. It means you have an obligation to carry him too like his friend.
You said that they leave early. Maybe there is an emergency or technical issue. Blizz said that there’s nothing we could do about it.
My PC kept on doing blackscreens near the start of dungeon runs. I was sorry for some few keys that i bricked. I stopped playing M+ then until i figured out and resolved my hardware problem. It was a faulty power supply.
Whoa easy there internet m+ expert, didn’t mean to offend. Maybe make it mandatory, one extra click. I don’t see people really use it, or see it as a filter option, is that a thing?
If your argument is that Blizzard can’t do anything else to help, I disagree. From what I’ve seen the UI for m+ is atrocious and greatly superseded by addons.
Invite me, I don’t know the fights, I’m kind of a lazy player, I do use my interrupts n stuns, tho, but I won’t ever leave till it’s over
This isnt that. They actioned people purposefully bricking runs, not someone who was there for 30 minutes and decided not to finish.
It all comes back to difference in expectations.
They werent there for vault, they were there for IO. When IO is no longer obtainable, they left as there was no longer the reward the wanted there. Nothing wrong here, 11s are past Max reward keys (10). This is common the higher you go.
Players that have never been higher than reward keys are there for vault, rewards, or what ever else, not just IO. This is where the difference in expectations happen. If you are wanting the above, do 10 keys or below. There what youre looking for matches the rest of thr groups (or completion keys).
TLDR
If youre looking for vault and drops, 10s would be easier for you. Higher than 10s, if keys are being bricked, people wont stay as they no longer give IO.
That’s pretty funny because the suggestions you gave already exist in the user interface that you’re now saying is insufficient, even though before you knew that those existed, those were your suggestions to improve the situation.
Yes, I can read what you said, you already said that once, continue the conversation or are you still hung up on that?
The topic is leavers, and possible ways to reduce the amount without going overboard.
11’s are time or quit. There is no reason to stick around in an 11 if it’s not going to be timed.
If you’re there for gear, do 10’s.
