I reported both leavers I really hope you do something about it, leaving right before the last boss just cuz we weren’t gonna time it, wasting everyone’s time. “bundle” deals that joined the group, 2 ppl joined together, one weak link, both leave instantly.

Blizz could lower your current score if you leave early.

how do you even report a leaver?
there are two options to report,
-offensive communication
-offensive name
thats it.
leaving a run doesnt fit either of those.
i know they said it’s reportable but it’s not very clear how to proceed lol
It sucks… blizzard won’t do anything because they acknowledge the bad behavior and deem it to be acceptable. Only thing you can really do is black list em for groups you make… sadly, because blizzard doesn’t have the spine to punish these people, maybe if we got a streamer involved, we’d have a shot at it 
So what do you think Blizzard should do about it? Automatically count it as timed, mail you some loot and give you an inflated GV slot with mythic raid loot in it?
It’s an MMORPG(kind of, they’re doing their best to remove the RPG part) - stuff happens.
Your group didn’t work out. Run another (M+ is infinitely spammable 24x7, unlike raiding). Only run it with guild members or friends/people you’ve run it with before.
If you group with randoms, random stuff happens.

Blizzard could do something to make it a little easier to set expectations outside of typing it out.
When creating a key, have the option to select “complete”, “time”, “vault” etc, let that be a search filter.
There’s still a hundred different reasons someone could leave that I don’t think could be reliably determined for Blizzard to implement punishment for. What about vote to quit? If you get at least 2-3 people voting yes, leave without issue, if not, 30 minute leaver timer? Obviously people would grief this system too, but maybe the idea of wasting that time would keep more people in runs to finish?

I also ran with a random shadow priest who is from Illidan and having a Chinese name, who spam the miss spell f word at me cuz I beat him at that pvp boss in TOP, priest drag me to the edge mid run trying to kill me. Should I just be ok with it?
Gotta find their home addresses and send them tuna on a hot summer day

The purpose of an 11 is score, and nothing more. Join weekly no leaver vault runs or something

It’s more of a waste of time to run through the last boss when you’re not gonna time it and get score for it, which is the only reason to run an 11

As a couple others have said, the point of keys above 10 is purely to raise your M+ score for achievements and bragging rights.
If the key is not being timed, it is not relevant to complete. That should be obvious by the fact that they thought it might be salvageable and stuck around until they hit the end of that rope.
I have issues with people leaving over the timer when the alternative is just sticking it out for like 2 more minutes, but that only really applies to keys 10 and below because people are there for the gear.
10s do have an awkward overlap in that regard though. It’s relevant for Myth Track Vault, but it’s also something people need to time to get their portals. If someone is after the portals more than their vault credit, they’re in the same boat as someone leaving an 11+ when the timer runs out.

More reasons for BLizzard to incorporate their own damage meters with AI monitoring the activity based on historical logs.
They could tell who is a troll and who is underperforming and only punish the trolls.

We weren’t gonna time it because one of them aggro the downstairs pack before workshop last boss, they caused the deplete and instantly left
