Short and simple…last week I did 7-9 Teir 8 delves. The 3rd chest in the vault remained at 584 saying I needed to complete a delv higher than 2 to increase the ilvl. 3 Tier 8 delves later, it kept saying the same thing. Now my guildie is seeing the same thing. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
For the delves row of the vault, the right hand side one, it’s the lowest of the delves you did, not the highest. The left side would have your highest ran ones, right now being 616.

The middle and rightmost vault options are determined by the lowest in your highest pool of runs.
e.g. you successfully ran delves: 8 8 8 7 7 5 4 3 2
Of the 9 runs, your second vault is a 7, and the third vault is a 3.
Now you did say you ran “7-9” tier 8 delves. Your 8th delve would also need to be an 8. If you can verify your 8 runs were all 8+ and you’re still seeing that message, you may want to try a full UI reset and, if that fails to resolve the issue, open a bug report to inform the developers there is an issue. Keep in mind the developers work on the game as a whole, and are unable to award gear/etc.

This did happen to me last week. I had to run 10 or 11 Tier 6 delves to bring it up to equal the first two slots. Not sure the exact number, but I do remember it being quite a lot over the expected 8.

Yeah, but that row also includes “World Events”, which are a base 584. So they are the equivalent of a T2, yes? I am saying that if I count those as a T2 delv, my numbers were 9 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 2 2 and my 3rd chest in the row stayed 584.
According to the Wowhead Guide, “World Events” are equivalent to a Tier 1 Delve.
“World Events offer the same item level as Tier 1 Delves. You can increase the level of your rewards by completing higher level Delves.”

Well you got me there… doesn’t change my overall point though. World events are the equivalent of a T1…got it
I’m having the same issue. Did 10x +11 keys and the last option refuses to change from “heroic”, and it says it’s max ILVL. Broken.
