3d month in a row we get pink/butterflies

From the Trading Post, I don’t know what to say. It’s already on wowhead, mmochamp. in case you wanna see the list.

Inb4 people joke about not enough skulls etc.

Still waiting on actual goblin themed stuff. This patch has been a godsend fir me, but I wish the traders post had a wider variety of themes. No, the clockwork stuff was more gnome than goblin. Still good, but I want explosive things.

There are a lot of people that have been wanting that. Can’t blame them. It’s all good. Keep saving for more darker themes later.

I just want horrific visions to arrive. The white gear sets are INSANE.

Yes, we can see the list. What’s the point in lying about it?

The trading post is for stuff that doesn’t make sense as current content-related rewards. They already introduced a lot of goblin xmogs with the patch.

I just want some Chuck Taylor sneaker type mogs.

Honestly, I just want a really good black and fire mog set. I just want one really awesome “dark” set and I’ll be happy. As for the other things in the trading post, yeah it’s not my personal taste but as long as people enjoy it.

The garden gnome set is pretty scary.

To be fair, there wouldn’t be a post if we were on our third month of skulls. We’d probably need 6-12 months of that before even one post popped up about maybe giving us something less gloomy.

To be even fairer, qualifying items themed for the Darkmoon Faire and, like, forest gnome attire, as pink/butterflies, is not exactly the beginning of an honest dialogue.

Oh no, will you be ok? Do I need to call an ambulance? Has this upset your frail constitution? Do you have the vapors?

Who cares?

To be entirely fair, there was next to no goblin themed stuff prior to this patch. Some other races also have this issue, too, like Gnomes had only slightly more gnomish themed stuff, then got the Clockwork sets on Trading Post, and Tauren had next to nothing until they got their back totems, and that’s barebones, too. Heck, there even isn’t really that much Silvermoon stuff, though they aren’t exactly suffocating for content either, especially since they got pretty much 2 heritage sets.

Like I said, this patch has been great for me, but I wouldn’t mind if the trading post put in more stuff that’s themed on different parts of the Warcraft game world, giving a little love to the things that don’t otherwise get any. The Darkmoon stuff, for example, is fine because the Darkmoon Faire is a part of the world. The butterfly stuff, however… is rather random and baseless. Random is fine, if they also mix in appreciation for other Warcraft things. Like have an Uldum themed egyptian sphinx looking stuff, or Felwood themed fel-corrupted sets, or throw the Death Knights a bone with some necromantic undead looking ebon armor, or some demonic themed sets like Nathrezim gear. Shaman might appreciate some fancy Elemental themed sets. So on and so forth. Actual variety. Not every month needs to have something for everyone, but every couple of months should mix in a few more things.

True and true. I don’t care for skulls and doom and gloom stuff so much. Some is fine. But I can definitely see some classes really wanting that stuff.

BFA and SL had plenty of skull and bone themed stuff. Those designs are on design CD.

OP, it’s spring. Bring colors and insects are normal during this season. What else would you have? Allergy themed stuff? Look what server I’m from and tell me Blizz putting a moggable item like an off hand tissue box would not get misused.
Skulls and Spikes? There are years of mog sets that already have those themes. Get off the forums and get to farming. Hyah!

Another month of body type 1 orcs and humans complaining that the trading post isn’t edgy enough. :face_exhaling:

No it isn’t. I think you mean “it’s spring where I am”.

They really need to have a npc dedicated to selling ALL of the past trading post items. So, every taste in looks is appealed at the same time.

it looks like they dont want to give the cool stuff away just for tendies.

it fills with weird stuff month after month lol

Yeah the 2 year anniversary almost did this, not quite. I honestly don’t see the harm in doing this because no matter what you do, you’ll never have the tenders for everything both old and new.

I don’t get why everyone always assumes complaints about this stuff is always just wanting skulls and spikes. I just want some of the unloved races and WoW lore to get some love. Having silly things like murloc onesies and inflatable tubes are fine if there’s also things like racial themed gear and stuff from old forgotten zones. Case in point, Uldum is egyptian themed zone, so you could have egyptian themed Ramkhahen gear. That would be thematically on point, varied and brightly coloured. We could also have Mogu themed stuff, or Tuskarr stuff, or Sethrakk stuff, or SI:7 themed stuff, or Tauren stuff that aren’t just back totems, etc. Include some of them alongside the faerie wings and swimsuits

A matching mount to one of the most detailed, unique freebie sets (harlequin) and an interesting new design with the garden gnome mog is pretty good.

I hope they bring back the harlequins set for those who missed it, too. I think this month is interesting and definitely not another cutie pie month like others think it is.

I did not see any pink butterfly stuff on the Wowhead post. Just Arakkoa masks, Darkmoon and garden gnome themes.
