Some info about me
Currently playing Affi/Destro willing to play whatever benefits raid most for particular fights (Destro on Vectis, Affi on Myth, etc.)
Purp/OJ parses through Heroic. Blue/Purp on Mythic (Low parses were very sloppy kills)
Started raiding late in Vanilla, all of BC, most of wotlk, PvP tryhard through Cata/WoD, and CE in first 2 tiers of Legion (stepped away for a new job / moved cities to get situated).
I've been in Raid Lead / Officer roles for a good portion of my WoW raiding experience - I do my research, know every aspect of fights before I get to them, I maintain a positive attitude, and I try to be vocal in the most productive way I can.
I'm definitely looking for a long term home and am excited to see what's out there. I'd be happy to give out logs just leave btag / discord and some info in post below and I'll reach out.

Void has been a top raiding guild on the Laughing Skull server for more than four expansions, completing each tier since Wrath of the Lich King through Legion while content was current.
Despite this goal, we are not driven by ranks or by some need to be the best. Void will never have a large bench, class stack or replace one of our raiders just because someone else comes along who might do a few percent more damage or be a fraction of a second faster at dealing with a mechanic. We never go outside of our 12 hour schedule, even in the heat of progression. We simply try to do as well as possible given the time and people available to us.
We're looking for skilled and motivated players who want to raid and clear content in a timely manner, but do not want a crazy schedule to do so. We want people who want to be part of the group and enjoy raiding. Also, as we run a very tight roster, flexibility is important; the ability to play multiple specs or classes at a high level is a plus.

We are a 2 night progression raiding guild. Many of us are adults with families and/or full time jobs.
We expect ALL Core Raiders to research encounters for raids before hand and to speak up when confused about boss/mob mechanics so we can maximize raid time with more pulls on bosses.
There are 8 raids in a month and we expect our Core Raiders to attend 80% of those raids. (6/8 a month) We start raid invites ~6:45-6:55 and expect raiders to have flasks/food ready for pulls @ 7:10 PM CST. We also expect our Core Raider's ilvl to be on par with the current content.
Raid spots are EARNED and kept by attendance and raid performance. If you show up consistently, execute your role and do enough damage/heals/threat, treat others with respect then you'll never be sat.
We also encourage non-raiders to apply and hang out as well!
We are a pretty easy going group who are looking for dedicated players to do well at their classes and are looking for a stable raiding environment.
On our off nights we enjoy running Mythic + dungeons, farming materials for the guild bank, leveling alts, recruiting, PvP, exploring other games and hanging out in Discord.
Our goal is to clear the most current heroic/mythic raid as quickly as possible under a 2 day per week schedule. We are a competitive bunch looking to always improve and tweak in order to achieve our goal of clearing content while it's current. We want to progress on a limited schedule and have fun while doing it!

We also recruit normal and heroic only raiders for our normal and heroic raids. We have many awesome less hardcore players that join us for heroic and normal to learn from our mythic raiders. This is a very active and growing guild. Our raiders do not just log on to raid and than disappear.
Guild Goals: To full clear mythic uldir in a timely competitive fashion [in progress] and all future mythic raid tiers going forward in a quick and competitive manner. We set our goals and then we do what it takes to meet them. We do meet our goals. Period. We started antorus 6 months late and burned our way through cutting edge Antorus. This IS a cutting edge raiding guild with structure and organization.
**Raid Schedule**
[Mythic] Thursday 8:30pm-10:30pm cst for farm bosses.
[Mythic] Sat/Sun main mythic progression days 3:30-7:30 pm central.
[Heroic] Tuesday is our heroic uldir for our mythic raiders/sales run 8:30 central to 11:00pm. This run is optional but highly recommended for gear sharing.
[Heroic] Wednesday- Open to our heroic team raiders, mythic raiders, and mythic raider alts. run 8:30 central to 11:00. This team full clears heroic easily as well.
[Normal] Friday open to anyone 8:30 central to 10:00.
We push people to get 1 heroic clear and 1 mythic 10 plus a week done. This is ***required** for our mythic raiders. As long as there is forging in the game people should be fishing for titanforges.

We are pretty tight knit and everyone enjoys playing games together on off nights/after raid. Discord is quite active and we've even gone to blizzcon as a guild the past 3 years. We provide all consumables/enchants. Lots of guild sales for heroic and all raiders get equal cuts. We never require extra nights or alts. Guild started in HFC and we've gotten every CE since we started the guild 3rd week of HFC (and did 300mil in mythic/heroic sales in HFC, boy was it a good time).

<Three Hops This Time> A Horde guild on the server Stormreaver is looking for new members to help us Cha Cha Slide through Uldir.
