We got tired of Officer's not caring nor putting in as much effort in as raiders, and seek to change that. We want to create an atmosphere where people can share input and feel like they are being heard. We value people's dedication, motivation, and ability to work as a team to down content more so than their ability to push t-1% numbers on every pull. Consistency is key, and we try to draw that from every raider, and we seek for every raider to want to draw that out of each other as well.

What we expect from you:
* Mindset for Progression - We want players who understand that is takes wipes, analyzing the problems, and implementing changes to the strat to kill bosses above all else. Everybody's input is highly valued, so please don't hesitate to make suggestions!
* Dedication and Effort - We expect players to understand that this is a team game. We value players who put the team above themselves, sacrificing their own parse to get the kill. Players who put forth the effort to come to raid prepared will be valued above the players who just come to raid and expect to get in without putting forth the effort. Players who put themselves above the raid, and that are loot hungry will be removed from the environment.
* Humble Approach - We expect players to put forth the effort to better themselves no matter how good they think themselves to be. Nobody is perfect, there is always something you can do better so don't get butt hurt when you are criticized.
* Mature Mentality - We are an 18+ environment for a reason. Childish outbursts will not be tolerated, if you cannot communicate your feelings in a calm and concise manner then keep them to yourself. With that being said, we still like to joke and have a good time so have a dry sense of humor is a must.
We are trying to create a community, so we encourage players to hang out in discord outside of raid. A large portion of our guild hangs out in discord doing things ranging from dailies, Mythic+, alt runs, as well as other games. We give players constructive criticism, and expect future members to as well.

* Mindset for Progression - We want players who understand that is takes wipes, analyzing the problems, and implementing changes to the strat to kill bosses above all else. Everybody's input is highly valued, so please don't hesitate to make suggestions!
* Dedication and Effort - We expect players to understand that this is a team game. We value players who put the team above themselves, sacrificing their own parse to get the kill. Players who put forth the effort to come to raid prepared will be valued above the players who just come to raid and expect to get in without putting forth the effort. Players who put themselves above the raid, and that are loot hungry will be removed from the environment.
* Humble Approach - We expect players to put forth the effort to better themselves no matter how good they think themselves to be. Nobody is perfect, there is always something you can do better so don't get butt hurt when you are criticized.
* Mature Mentality - We are an 18+ environment for a reason. Childish outbursts will not be tolerated, if you cannot communicate your feelings in a calm and concise manner then keep them to yourself. With that being said, we still like to joke and have a good time so have a dry sense of humor is a must.
We are trying to create a community, so we encourage players to hang out in discord outside of raid. A large portion of our guild hangs out in discord doing things ranging from dailies, Mythic+, alt runs, as well as other games. We give players constructive criticism, and expect future members to as well.

Expectations1. Good Attitude – Our raids are high-pressure situations a lot of the time. Mistakes can and will be made by anyone in the raid. Your attitude must allow for identifying such mistakes, the willingness to admit failure, and the drive to correct such failure. Criticism can and must be met with a level head and the determination to amend your play accordingly. Nobody is above being called out for a mistake. Getting angry at your fellow raiders for pointing out errors during farm or progression will achieve nothing except the re-opening of recruitment.
2. Awareness – Encounters in this game will consistently find ways to kill you, ranging from simple fire mechanics to meteor strikes to sonic discs. If your awareness is lacking in any department, it will become readily apparent. We do not want people that cannot adapt quickly and efficiently to the challenging Mythic encounters of this tier and beyond.
3. Performance – Every boss fight is different. How quickly you are able to form a solid, consistent DPS (or HPS) strategy around the challenges of the encounter means everything. Maximizing output is a must. People who can adapt to any encounter, old or new, on the turn of a dime, are the people we want.
4. Attendance – The same players consistently showing up is one of the greatest keys to fast progression and reliable farm. Our final roster will be under 30 players, and we only raid 3 hours a night, 3 nights a week, so our schedule should be easy to make with 100% attendance, barring real life circumstances that can and will happen to everyone from time to time.
Trial PeriodOnce accepted into the guild, you will be placed into a trial period that lasts 2-4weeks. During this time, you will be evaluated and see how well you perform in our raid environment. Once we see how you play, we will have a brief talk with you and let you know if you passed your trail or not.

Located on Kil’Jaeden horde, Convergence is a mythic raiding guild driven by the idea that progression is a product of efficiency not volume. We are firm believers in the idea that a short raid schedule and success in mythic raiding are not mutually exclusive. Our schedule is a strict 9 hours per week and we will not add a day under any circumstance.
We are looking for skilled players who share the same ambition of clearing content in timely fashion but might not have the time to dedicate 4 or 5 nights to that goal. With such a short raid schedule, it is imperative that our team comes prepared to maximize our efficiency. In addition, our guild is very active outside of our scheduled raid hours with M+, alt runs and PvP.
