i find it strange he took it literally. lol
If you prefer to think a ridiculous example that proves he doesn’t even understand the issue nor how numbers work is “hyperbole”, I guess you and he are on the same page then.
Congrats! Your threshold for mundane content is a lot higher than mine.
I just find it strange that you would post stuff that degrades your credibility. Are you a child?
His point wasn’t confusing. You also know he doesn’t think that someone can realistically run that many raids a week. And yet here you are, pissing into the wind trying to debate the level of his exaggeration instead of addressing his point. Most people understand sarcasm and hyperbole and don’t get triggered by other people using them, then use being triggered to avoid actually responding substantively. But you do you.
- He might be.
- Don’t be that guy (we already have too many) who picks a fight instead of addressing the underlying argument.
i’m a 35 year old woman, actually. thanks for being so concerned.
No, we get it. What they were getting at is that of course you see everyone flying, because a) you’re probably going to zip past everyone who isn’t without seeing them, and b) more than a few people probably quit before they unlocked it, so the people who are flying are a good deal of who’s left. We’ve been in the patch long enough that most people who were willing to grind it out likely already have. I’d expect that Pathfinder number to plateau out from here.
Also of note, none of the original 5-mans have a less than 60% completion rate on Mythic. But “The Mechagonian Threat” (questline that ends in the Mech dungeon, weird that the dungeon itself has no achievement) is sitting at less than 10%.

I don’t know how i didn’t get this earlier!
I mean, I look at your picture, and I think. “Yeah, 35 y/o woman.”
You can do Timbermaw in under two hours now.
You like killing things when you’re only allowed to kill 10 a day, but you dislike killing 10 things a day when there’s nobody to force you to stop killing things?
How completely rational and not completely unhinged and ridiculous.
That’s a shame. You have to grind it? I didn’t. I had part 1 done a month or so into bfa. Had part 2 done 2 weeks into 8.2. No grind, just played the game as usual.
Also, i would assume part of that 100% have stopped playing, so can’t really account for that in the data.
I don’t believe this.
I think it’s completely unhinged and ridiculous when people have to spin things to frame them a certain way so that they can then dismiss it by saying it’s completely unhinged and ridiculous. But if you wanna argue about what you just said, look in the mirror and have at it as it all came out of your head.
So then you agree that you’re being ridiculous? You don’t follow trains of thought very well, and you outright ignore information that’s hard to contest. You’re clown shoes my dude.
Where did I say that? Oh that’s right, I didn’t. Your summary of my position is a lie. It’s a strawman that you then argue against which is a fallacy. I was just repeating your garbage argument back at you. Clearly you’re too smart to fall for your own tricks! You’re clown shoes my dude.
No, it’s probably accurate. The question is how many of those 120s still actively log in and play. Can’t get pathfinder part 2 if you aren’t an active user.
Good point
I don’t understand how you guys got revered and stuff just by doing the questing and stuff like you say. I quested all the way to 120. I’ve only done 1 dungeon so far the entire xpac, and I’m nowhere near halfway through honored with anybody. I can’t even continue the main storyline yet because I don’t have enough rep.
Are you talking about with the regular factions? At the start of the xpac pre-rested and no invasions or heirlooms it took doing a full 2 zones and almost the entire third zone to hit 120. This is not running dungeons, IE, battlegrounds, or sitting rested for long periods and then questing. Basically what an average user would have experienced in the first week or so of the xpac. If you do all the zone quests you’ll end up in the ballpark of honored with each of the main factions for part 1. Dungeons are part of the story for each zone and often times have sizeable reputation rewards for doing them and the associated quests. Then add in Emissaries awarding 1500 rep with their respective faction. It doesn’t take long to get Revered that way.
