lol I’m bored. I really should make myself some dinner but I’m stuck in that not hungry enough to feel compelled to do anything but also there’s nothing I can think of in my fridge that I want to eat. I’m trying to distract myself to prevent me from going full lazy and just ordering in.
I’m also playing Oxygen Not Included and I’m kinda in fastforward mode letting my people build and dig and research so I have time to tab and waste time on the forums while they do their thing.
I admit I laughed. I get that people think I’m some super ragey dude but I’m honestly here entertaining myself, similar to how people can fall down the hole of watching youtube videos. I probably get too much fun out of clashing with folks on the forums.
I just find arguments against pathfinder pointless. If you aren’t going to grind for it then you really don’t need flying since flying is only actually beneficial if you are partaking in the content that are the requirements. World quests. BFA for all its faults is INCREDIBLY generous with flight paths with every single instance besides Uldir/Underrot being 30 seconds away from a flight path.
The only reason I didn’t unlock flying like week 2 is because I neglected my 5 minute rustbolt world quest for the first like 2 weeks.
Honestly flying in BFA compared to Legion is arguably “easier” to grind for since you are incentivized to grind those reps for some essences anyway. I know healers like the Rustbolt one and Lucid.
time gates exist for a reason regardless of my exaggerated numbers. anyway i’m not gonna argue with someone who is hostile so don’t expect me to respond if you decide to respond to this.
Oh, I think I actually have frozen pizza in the freezer downstairs. Excellent suggestion!
But I looked at that FAQ. Apparently the way he comes up with his numbers is by a trying to emulate a random representative sample survey of 120’s on the armory. Considering we don’t have any meaningful numbers about accounts versus characters and whether characters are even active, the number isn’t really meaningful in any way even if we accept the number of characters with the achievement for pathfinder part 2 is accurate.
Your numbers aren’t “exaggerated”. They are utterly and totally clueless. Let me demonstrate to you how numbers work, even though you think posting ridiculous trash to support your unsupportable claims should give you universal support.
The number you fabricated is 50349583049584. Multiply that by 2 hours per raid, divide by 24 hours per day, 365 days a year, and you have suggested that a person should be able to put 11.5 billion work years into grinding that raid each week until they quit after getting all their gear.
Try to understand why deliberately fabricating ridiculous examples makes people not take you seriously.
I didn’t “grind” BFA pathfinder-2 at all. No grind. Zero grind. Not one second of grinding. Ditto for BFA pathfinder-1. Of course path-2 took me between 2 and 3 weeks (non-grinding). Pathfinder-1 took…who remembers? I had 6 months to do it in.
I’m sorry that you CHOSE to “grind”, and found that unpleasant. But don’t blame Blizzard. They didn’t demand grinding. The didn’t “intend” grinding.
Or are you calling every part of playing the game “grinding”?
