Im an Australian with my toons on NA servers wanting some feedback about Mythic + DPS and ping issues.

I currently get anywhere from 220 -300ms in mythics. I main a shadow priest and I’m finding harder to perform/enjoy with the multi dotting lagging etc. On big pulls my WA cast bars lag and also don’t always appear so cant know if im channelling Mind Sear etc. Wondering if anyone has experience having shifted to a lower ping ( I could get 8ms on oceanic server.) and whether their dps performance in mythics increased.

I really enjoy raiding with my NA friends and dont want to change and do well enough. But need to do mythics+ to pick up the extra gear to do better for the team. Currently averaging 5.5k-6.0k on my 228 SP.

Is it worth making the change and spending the bucks to move my toons across.

Your ping for m+ is based on the server of the host not your servers ping, you could get the 8ms OCE ping just by joining a group hosted by an OCE player.

Note even if you transferred to an OCE server if you join a NA M+ you would still have the same ping.

Pick server for raiding and just join local m+ groups.
