30 Instance cap on TBC release

This really is going to hinder player ability to play the game which I agree normally it only hinders bots and is fine but during release it really needs to go please.

It’s definitely going to make the release rush even worse, as people are struggling to get anything done on mega servers when they’re condensed into HFP.

I’m actually worried about it, and that’s taking into account the people who skip HFP for Zangarmarsh too. Two zones on huge servers even with 3 layers is… a lot of people.

No, this will only hinder one’s ability to run more than 30 dungeons in a day. There’s lots more to do…

Yeah, like eat and sleep.

Sorry y’all aren’t allowed to play yourself into the grave.

You think even if the 30 cap is still there we won’t play? I’ll grind mobs for hours if that’s all I can do. Mobs drop rep turn ins and give xp.

Cool.

The instance cap curves this behavior a bit without forcing time outs for everyone playing.

No it doesn’t at all. The devs already said they’re looking at raising it for tbc anyway. Also it is 0% your business how i play the game. If you want to be a casual and sleep you do you.

It’s not a “casual” thing to, ya’know, not kill yourself by playing at the expense of your health.

It won’t kill me. Why do you assume you know anyone else’s health requirements?

It ain’t healthy.

Some of the orcs will grant rep, but only until friendly. Since they give rep, drop cloth are linked to some quests. They’ll be heavily farmed. =/

… you need to sleep and eat, not gonna bluff yourself out of that.

Its not your responsibility to decide what is or is not healthy for another grown adult to do.

Period the end. WoW Players will be on for the same amount of time no matter what.

The instance cap actually INCREASES the amount of time we will have to play to get to 70, NOT decrease the time. So your argument makes 0 sense at all

If only there were other places i can farm… if only zangarmarsh dropped unidentified plant parts. I’ve been planning for tbc since p3-4. I know what I’m doing.

And your not gonna bluff your way out of saying thousands of people out in the world competing for kills at the same time for quests is somehow going to be faster than if you have a consistent steady pace of exp by rushing through instances as a group

That’s not your decision or business to make for someone else. You don’t know my health.

Totally a sane and sound response.

Overall yes, but with the instance lock the “just one more” mentality is curbed.

For some reason I thought you were referring to Hellfire.

I wouldn’t say that?

Not even what I’m talking about.

have you played wow for any amount of time? The people that will call it quits early will call it quits early no matter what. I Expect to play as close to 70 as i can no matter what the instance cap is. I’ll just go until whatever arbitrary cap they have in, Then ill go do questing…

Guess what gives the just one more mentality too? Im just gonna do one more quest…
