What is the eta on the 30% ICC buff, and Ruby Sanctum release?

No one knows anything for certain.
Devs did say % buff will be coming, but never stated when iirc.
I think they did mention that RS will come quicker than it did in OG Wrath. We also not going to have 14 months of ICC like in OG Wrath.
Classic playerbase is much better than players from 15 years ago. The overall need for buff is lower. If I had to guess, I’d say at least 8 more week until we see first 5% buff. Same goes for RS.

They said most likely no more than 8 weeks of ICC with no buff. Maybe shorter, if ICC progress is lacking.
No info on Ruby Sanctum.

Think they said 8 weeks from the start of ICC with the possibility of it being a little quicker if a lot of players are struggling. It’s probably 5-6 weeks from the first 5% now and they said a few weeks for each additional 5% once it started.

right right. 8 weeks or sooner.
So most likely we’re currently 6 or less weeks away from it being implemented according to what the guy said in the video 2 weeks ago.
Now we just need some RS news.
Original ICC timeline, the buff was implemented at 5% 4 weeks after the release of heroic mode, and scaled up at 5% per month-ish for six months. But in the original timeline heroic mode wasn’t available until eight weeks (!!) after the release of ICC, and for four of those eight weeks only Saurfang was available to be killed - the other wings remained closed.
For classic the only real guidance we have on this topic comes from the sarthe interview above, where the devs stated the first buff would probably come at week 8 or possibly a little sooner if a large number of guilds are really struggling.
