30 Days of game time question

So I see that 1 month was added to my subscription time. If it is 30 days of GAME time (720 hours), will I not be charged for my renewal until all this time is used?

In other words, the extra month added to my subscription is an arbitrary “renewal” date?

Game time added in the middle of a subscription period from any source just pushes the subscription renewal date that far back, that’s correct.

How do you see how much time you have left?

The launcher can sometimes show funky information, but your account management should have everything accurately reported.

If it doesn’t have a specific countdown, it should show your next billing date.

Hmm fair enough, I guess I will just assume it is ticking now since it doesn’t say explicitly

Maybe I am looking too deep into this, and I also realize that the issue has been marked as resolved, but I feel like OP might be asking exactly how game time works - as in how it is consumed - and not just why a rebill date moved.

So, I just wanted to add (as it might not be obvious to new players or those that never subscribed to a game before) that the time gets used up whether or not you play. It’s 30 calendar days of access (720 hours) whether you login once and play for fifteen minutes, or log in and stay logged in for all 720 hours.

You have until the expiration date of your subscription, and you can see that date via Ekon’s suggestions above. You can play all, some or none of that time and your sub will still expire on the expiration date.

It is always “ticking,” whether or not you play at all.

Good luck!
