30 days as advertised and refused its theft!

We’re not advertising a Game Time Code for 30 days, Fruitcakez. We advertise a subscription for that length of time, but as I said, that requires an active subscription to be applied to the account using a billable method of payment.

I understand you are frustrated, but demanding something that we don’t have available isn’t going to help here.

I have been summoned, with an old summoning post even. A good one though! Looks better when properly formatted which the preview does not do.

There are several ways to pay for game time and they have changed during the past year. You can no longer buy single blocks of 1 month game time as a stand alone purchase.

Description Cost (USD) CC PayPal Debit Bnet Bal WoW Token
:clock930: 1 Month Day reoccuring Subscription* $14.99 X X X
:clock11: 3 Month reoccuring Subscription* $41.97 X X X
:clock12: 6 Month Day reoccuring Subscription* $77.94 X X X
:flying_disc: WoW 30 day game time token (with gold) Gold
:credit_card: 60 day Game Time Card/Block $29.99 X X X X
:dollar: Battlenet Balance (your account)** Flex X X X X
:money_with_wings: Gifted Battlenet Balance Flex X X X

*If you don’t want your Subscription to automatically renew, wait for it to clear the payment (several days), then cancel the Sub on the account. You can do this every month if you like.
**Check the Bnet Balance article for Restrictions and use https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/25904

Looks like the OP purchased a Battlenet Balance card in the physical store and was able to redeem it. They hoped to buy a single month of game time with it, which is no longer possible. They would need to add to that Battlenet Balance to bring it up to an ammount that will cover the 2 month game time block + and taxes and fees their country charges.

They were given what they purchased - which is Battlenet Balance. They just seem disapointed that they can’t buy what they wanted with it anymore. That Balance is still good for anything currently on the digital store that takes Balance.

if its advertised and can be used Ive used legal tender to get said product, as it is on the site refusal of advertised item is THEFT!

It is not being advertised. There is no 30 day game time block you can buy.

Sounds like you got a balance card and not a game time card. You got what you paid for 30 dollars of blizzard balance. They do not advertising 30 days with time cards for a long while now.

30 days at a time is only available through a subscription or buying a token for gold!

If you add a little more blizzard balance you could buy a 60 day time card with your blizzard balance

On that character you made 3 threads, one that rages you wouldn’t play WoW anymore, and two about this topic.

You refuse to understand the basic principle that you did not buy game time, but bought battle net balance.

So at this point, you are trolling hard, or you fail to understand the basic idea of what theft actually is

I live in the country and refuse to use credit card for security purposes as well as refusing a charge that ill go on month by month this is theft as it is advertised IN THE STORE!

It is not theft, it is on the site that subscriptions from 1 month. Game time however can only be purchased only as 60 days.

You do your thing I do my thing! You could just ignore it! I’m not keeping you here! It’s an option!

You posted your ragequit post in December 2023, you have been playing the game since apparently. You have been paying your subscription someway somehow since then. You are not new at this. So now you choose to rage against making a purchase without looking at what you were getting.

I’m sorry but you can’t be for real here.

There is no 30 day game time block advertised in the store. The only 30 day option is a re-occuring subscription which requires you link a credit card or pay pal account.

You won’t be getting a stand alone 30 day game time block because they don’t sell it. They have not sold in years.

What you have is 30 Battlenet Balance dollars you can spend on anything currently in the shop - which is what you paid for. You paid for Bnet balance and you got Bnet Balance.

Either spend it, or don’t, but you got what you paid for which is the Balance to be put on the account.

And only can be puchased from Blizzard account page or Blizzard online store. (I think both are the same)

Thinks we’re going in circles as the OP has been explained clearly they bought a balance card, not game time … Perhaps a lock should do?

its advertised in the store $18.99 cnd i got $30 cnd therefore I got legal tender to use, refusal of services as advertised is theft. I DON’T KNOW HOW MUCH MORE BLUNT I CAN BE!

Please, show me where it is advertised, Fruitcakez, because I see two options for game time on our site.

First, is a 60 day Game Time Code, the price listed is in USD due to my location, but yours would adjust based on yours:

And a subscription:

Stating: Subscription renews automatically once your latest subscription billing cycle ends, or your current game time expires

Odd, you have used a credit card as recently as December of last year. I’m sorry to hear your situation changed where that isn’t an option.
