Account Restrictions on AH, trading, and mail in SoD

Hello, Since early this morning I have been unable to use any of the actions listed in the title. I play Season of Discovery on Wild Growth. Every time I try to perform any of those I get the message “This action is currently restricted” or something very close. When I created a ticket about this I received what appears to be an automated message pointing me to an article about penalizing accounts, be it for gameplay sabotage, cheating, and things of that sort. Just pay with real money every now and then and use tokens for the rest. Problem solved (allegedly).
