I mean…i know personally in real life 35 people that play WoW on the alliance side that rank together… it’s not unheard of.

The Alliance who were carried in the once invincible pre-mades are losing so they are not playing as much while the gnomes are figuring out how to circumvent the changes in the patch to get big pre-mades back in again.

You stated this. I am saying that I personally know an entire group of people that all play on a discord together. We have played games for over 10 years together. It’s not all randos on discords. Some of them know eachother. These premade discords are not some exclusive club, yes there are randoms, but a lot of them have played together for a long time.
And you keep on calling them no-lifers but you never post on your main, so we have no idea if you play retail or classic. So i can’t take anything you say seriously at all.

Please…most premades are NOT 35 RL friends. Most people do not have 35 RL friends they regularly hang with, let alone 35 that play WoW. Please stop with your anecdotes.

The only real root cause solution is to remove factions. That is the root cause of all of this.
Server balance, bg queue times, and doubles the size of the pool of players for dungeons and raids. On retail we would see those queues drop as well.
You can skate around this but it’s fact. The 2 faction system. As immersive as it is. Really is the cause of all of these issues. Blizz has put bandaids after bandaids on the same problem.
The more the pop shrinks. The more apparent the problem is. That is why they connected realms. Sharding. Cross realm. Merc mode. Warmode. All of it. Just bandaids.
