Already saying Galeri is trolling, when they simply told you to make your own group in the face of being declined for hours.
Or when Sabbia linked you the keys you had already done, which, where quite plenty I think, when you said “I’ll NEVER be invited!!” which kinda shows it’s just you exaggerating the suffering.
It is a player problem, because you aren’t being invited because of player perception. You can say ‘this is irrelevant’ to other players telling you advice all you want, but showboating how good you are is like the pot calling the kettle black.
And especially this, where you pull a similar thing of comparing logs, but instead of comparing achievements.
I formed a ton of my own groups when my RIO was lower to get it up there. It’s good stuff but the OP doesn’t want to take any responsibility for themselves.
I guess I’d have to ask, why are you bothering trying to run anyone else’s key when you’re clearly skilled enough to lead your own key groups?
Instead of lamenting the obvious fact of how garbage the M+ experience is for joiners, continue just doing your own keys. It will save you tons of time and headaches, and you simply won’t have to care about who does or doesn’t invite you.
People at your level generally are competitive for the content (goes for raid/pvp too) and chase the metaspecs for the content, not shoehorn offmeta into the content. If m+ was important to me, i’d have to tank/heal or find another spec to level up for dps.
Maybe its the devs, maybe its activision not allowing to have more devs, maybe its players who hate change who don’t allow for devs to be aggressive with balance updates, but Blizz does a crappy job of balance when they have so much time from last patch of previous exp to alpha, beta, release new expansion. Its pointless though to wait for Blizz to balance for things at the top end so any class/spec can work. They are incapable of it.
Even from one expansion to another, a spec like survival hunter gets maybe 5 min of attention to very slightly buff unused skills. Why should rogue get a monopoly on shroud when shamans weren’t allowed to have a monopoly on bloodlust. It makes perfect sense for survival hunter to have shroud in the form of group camo. Blizz puts m+ out there for players to spend their time on, they just will not consider it content to justify balance unless extreme 3 rogue groups. Did you ever see resto druid or holy pal get nerfed or other healers get buffed to be more balanced in m+? no.
As someone who was pushing a few 15s last night, I can tell you exactly why I wouldn’t accept you into my key. It has nothing to do with being a Priest.
Why would I want an 1,100 raider io score DPS in my key, when there’s 1,200, 1,300 score players queuing up? I wouldn’t even take a 1,100 score healer.
1,100 isn’t that great anymore-- this is coming from an 1,100 Mage. Getting accepted into keys is all about being ahead of the curve, and it’s very easy to find 1,200+ of every role for 15s.
Excuse me… disc priests are very good, so is shadow priest in raids
Holy sucks, but it isn’t like Hunter or Mage where only 1 spec is viable (arcane and frost at the bottom; BM and Survival tied to the bottom tier)
Making your own groups is great. But it’s only so effective. You’ll still have to run a lot of keys. Because about 1/2 of the time people with decent IO scores still find a way to suck.
It can also be time consuming to put a good group together. Going full meta will save you a big head ache, but at the same time, people won’t wait around long enough for you to find all the pieces.
Easy fix. Give everyone the same talents but different names and give everyone the same uilities. Otherwise most general population only pick FOTM or who they see steramers playing and is facerolling dungeons.
If you have all streamers playing 2h frost DK and keep saying they are super op etc etc people is going to start picking 2h frost DK for their groups.
