My character transfer is nearing 72 hours since i initiated it and my support ticket is nearly at 8 hours. When i put the ticket it in it estimated less than an 1 hour and the transfer said 24 hours. Is this normal? it’s kind of frustrating being locked out of my main character when my days off just started and i’m missing out on weekly progress.
Ticket wait times are rising, sadly probably as everyone seems to be putting in tickets for things gm staff can’t help with. But if the ticket was placed as a billing issue, paymen failure, that probably is going to have a higher priority over a quest issue.
Not sure what the current wait time is though.

You should hear something on this fairly soon.
I can tell you what happened though. You had auctions come in through the mail.
They’ll need to cancel this and refund you, so you can clear those mails and redo it.

Thank you. Not sure how that would have happened though. I cancelled all my auctions and emptied the mailbox before initiating the transfer because it told me I had to.
These look like sales, have gold included.
