No character boost is showing up with my TWW expansion purchase.
It has now been 3 days since purchase. The transaction shows Completed. I’ve tried the troubleshooting advised in the article for this. I’ve tried changing my password. I’ve left multiple support tickets to no resolve. I get generic, blanketed responses from GMs rather than someone who is actively investigating the issue and getting back to me.
You will want to re-open your last ticket if it’s not already open. This won’t be something that can be resolved via the forums.

You mentioned multiple tickets. I hope it’s just one ticket that you keep reopening as multiple tickets won’t help either (and could lead to additional problems).
There are no GMs on the forums unfortunately, so your only option is to continue to pursue this via the ticket system.

Just out of curiosity - what ticket paths are you using? The folks who handle this sort of thing are best reached by submitting this as a Purchase Failure ticket.
