I’d recommend removing the link and the call out.
If you believe the someone (or a group of people) are breaking the rules, then report them in-game.
Reports are not taken on the forums and call-outs like that one are actually against the rules.

You can’t make a raid that big. Even if they tried bringing that many players in one location, sharding should break them up. That’s what it’s there for.
On top of that, you can not report players on the forum. The forum is not a bypass to the ticketing system. Right-click>report them as advertising.
If you think they are breaking the EULA, why are you advertising for them?
i never said it was a bypass of ticketing but i copy pasted their behavior so i didn’t get called a liar as many people like to do…i simply said it was a disruptive gameplay and went against the tos for disrupting and lagging out the whole zone…get over yourself dude
Best not to derail this thread further. Your post seems to have been deleted. Perhaps leave it at that.
Again, if you feel people are breaking any rules in-game, then they need to be reported, in-game.
The thing about lag, is that the servers can handle a whole lot more players and actions than a lot of customer’s computers and connections can. So as long as the servers are actually stable, it’s still possible for people to put together raids to storm areas.
Zone disruption tends to mean when something has gone on for weeks on end and has no other recourse (such as PVP has a PVP solution) etc.
But it would still need to be reported in-game. The OP’s situation had absolutely nothing at all to do with the sort of zone disruption that you’re referring to. They allegedly used some very inappropriate language in an RP addon that got them into hot water.
Just to jump off what Perl said to ensure what this forum is for: We don’t try to name and shame here. We don’t point fingers at one another or try to bring someone’s dirty laundry, mainly due to folks try to start a witch hunt over it. The CS forum isn’t the place for such, let alone with the rest of the site as well.
We don’t need to know what their add-on side of thing said, nor does it change anything on the outcome of their account action. It doesn’t help them, the blues or anyone else outside of starting fights.
So much more of the internet needs to learn how bad doing things like this is and how naming and shaming/public callouts lead to it. And it’s not good.
