Want to pick up a healer and play some games next season . What healer and comp is pretty decent

Frost mage resto druid and warrior resto druid are the strongest imo. Rsham lock, Mistweaver unholy dk/bm hunter and mage priest are also very strong but require more teamwork.
I’m not sure where you are getting the notion resto druids are even viable in cata for pvp.
Checking ironforge pro, and theres 1 resto druid at like rank 259 in 2s. There is probably a hanful of others, but considering i had to search that far down to find the first resto druid really says a lot.
I’d say
Hpally + Warrior / DK / Feral / boomy
Disc + Rogue / Feral / Hunter / Mage
Rsham + Lock and maybe warrior but wouldn’t really do sham in 2s
Wouldn’t do resto druid in 2s either.
Edit: Even checked 3s, and resto druid is ranked 234 for the first one to pop up. I would NOT consider resto druid for cata pvp.
Edit 2: Mistweaver isn’t even out until mop, so not sure why that’s brought up either other than maybe just in a rush and typing on the forums?
hpal disc rsham > rdruid for 2v2 imo

I played holy priest / fire to 2200-2300 on a couple priests lasts few seasons. Disc is the more popular spec but you can do well with either.
Priest heals with mage/hunter/feral/rogue you cant really go wrong.
