I am trying to farm some wool cloth to level tailoring and it says I can’t access legacy dungeons yet 
If that time passed while you were in game, you may have to log out to refresh. It’s basically dependant on if your purchase clears also.
After you use a boost on a character you need to wait at least 24 hours before attempting to enter old dungeons or raids. It may take up to 48 hours to clear the locks on older content. If you still receive this error after two days, please submit a ticket.

I have logged out and back in a few times and its just shadowfang keep that I am trying to enter.
The 24 hour countdown is down the minute. If you are referring to this character, it looks like your boost was at 9/29 1:34 UTC and it is currently 9/30 12:33 UTC. You have about another hour.

Oh man I could have sword it was 7:30 instead of 8 lol. That was after a 12 hour shift.
