You are actually paying for access to a server, which isn’t guaranteed to up 100% of the time. Read the Blizzard EULA, look under limited liability.

Or tighter security measures. Also, it’s not necessarily about this specific issue today, more so the fragility of the servers over the past month

There’s nothing to tighten - A DDoS, Distributed Denial-of-Service, is basically when someone floods a gateway with infomation to the point of shutting down. You may as well say they should put more guards at the front doors to HQ to stop DDoS.

Im having the same problem. Ive probably missed something some where.
Battlenet or WOW? I was at <1 min for 5 min on Bnet, logged back in, and got in without issue.
Things seem to be resolving.

Im still stuck trying to log in. This sucks.
Still happening. Thank Jesus Christ and all his disciples I’m only gearing my DH in regs. If this happened during a rated shuffle after waiting 45-1 hour and losing 150CR.

Post in tech support since this maybe a connection issue between u and blizzard since the DDOS seems to be over.

I can log into Battlenet, but the game servers are not loading still. I have totally reinstalled the game on one system and it is still the same. Location also does not seem to help. I can remote into my PC at home in Michigan and it is identical issue.

It’s not world-wide. I’ve been logged in for hours with no issues. If it were world-wide there would be a lot more posts about it, instead of just a couple posts in this thread.
