Again, with every Classic launch of anything there is huge variance in player numbers, if we see a ton of OCE players showing up we can do something about that and use FCMs to get you over to something AU hosted.
You can have your opinion but the numbers generally agree, a healthy realm you can actually raid on is better than a realm with a 200ms better ping.
…the PvE realm is West, the PvP and HC realm are East. We do have backbone connections between the sites so that really shouldn’t move your ping much more beyond an additional 20-30ms.

Arugal died when they added the WoW Token into WOTLK Classic. Those servers began in 2019, when Blizz was actually able to drum tonnes of hype for them without relying on a small group of streamers

oof this was from his X/Twitter? Honestly, pretty damn happy with US PvE being West if that’s the case. 160ms is 100% playable.

I get better ping on east but hopefully won’t be a drama. Just like old times.
I mean if, as the Tweet said, there is a large OCE presence, then we will get a server, so heres hoping.
