op has a point. things like omnicc omnibar sarena gladius are just constantly broken.

even when updated these addons cause lua errors regularly in arena.

I havenā€™t heard anything from any of PvP friends with these issues. Thus, you need to figure out which addons arenā€™t playing nice.

Also: do a full UI reset and delete your cache folder.

So you think they only specifically wanted to minimize the use of a handful of add onsā€¦only in PVP?

But do it in such a way they still were functional, but acted weird?

And its not possible that the add on creator may need to update their own end?

Ok. But is that Blizzard doing that? Is it up to Blizzard to ensure omnicc, etc work right?

I want to be clear again: these addons do not give me errors in m+ nor heroic amirdrassil. Iā€™ve never had to reload in pve.

I have no idea why it shows up and then doesnā€™t maybe they deleted this! I would too it makes no sense why it is a thing we can do lol

Gaslighting: no I do not want to minimize the use of a handful of addons in PvP. I literally want things to work the way they were before this expansion. The only notorious bugs in PvP which people who PvP would know would be mc dcs (mind control disconnects).
Lets keep things very basic and simple and not gaslight to conclusions Iā€™m not making.
Dragonflight launch: addons causes crashes in arena PvP. Games are becoming unplayable. No solution since launch. Solution is needed.

No one is gaslighting you.

One or more addons are not functioning properly during PvP. Thus, do what was said:

  1. Exit game, delete cache folder, do a full UI reset.
  2. Contact the addon authors with the specific issues.

I am also a green background kind of gnome but it is a secret

also a red background and strikethrough kind of gnome but only on weekdays

I have to reload ui in almost every single battleground i do due to the scoreboard not showing properly. And i dont even use any addons.
