I rarely post on the forums but this needs to be addressed. I can't tell you how much rating I've lost in solo shuffle due to having to reload WoW due to an interaction with omnibar or weakauras or omnicc or gladius or details or recount. This has passed the point of out of hand. No other expansion have I ever experienced a ridiculous amount of errors time and time again. Not just any error, the error where your actions on your action bars literally become inactive until you reload.
Try running in as Warlock trying to summon cookies and then having to reload and it takes so long the first round is either over or your entire client just crashes and you have to relog. Try zoning in as warrior and somehow your battle shout works but as soon as the match starts you have to reload because you find out you can't charge. It's sickening and I'm not the only one. I've always wondered why people would dc randomly in the middle of matches.
This is a MAJOR problem. Its so rampant I watched WIZK stream last night and he literally reloads before every match. I've witnessed teammates with a macro constantly announcing they're reloading between matches sometimes disconnecting and it finally makes sense why. It's not a 100% guarantee crash and sometimes it reloads just fine. But what the heck are we even talking about??? Reloading in the middle of matches just so we can use our action bars??? It seems blizzard's push to create features that copy popular addons was a bust because numerous players still play with addons like gladius / cd trackers that are just troll if you play without and are causing problems. There's no winning in this situation if you have to literally reload before every game and half the time the client freezes for 20-30 seconds or completely crashes unless you have a fairly decent SD card or newer higher end pc. We are approaching a fourth pvp season and this issue has plagued players since launch.

sounds like a “you problem”.
blizzard aren’t installing addons on your behalf.
if you’re not willing to reset your UI when major patches drop, you’re going to end up with conflicts which can potentially cause issues.

nice mythic scores. i never have issues in m+ nor the heroic raid. i understand the lack of sympathy for addon users and the helpful replies but if you’re going to ask with a straight face this question i’d suggest pvping to at least 2100 to understand why pvpers say its troll to not track cds/drs.

I mean, I use addons all the time and they work perfectly fine. But if they’re not working for PVP maybe you should contact the addon creators and not act like its Blizz’s fault. People use most of the same addons in PVE with little to no problems.
Omnibar hasn’t been updated for a month.
WAs are hit or miss and also need updated.
No one uses Recount anymore.
Have you updated the other addons?
I haven’t had an issue with any of my addons breaking my game.
Make sure they’re updated. Talk to the addon authors. This isn’t a Blizzard issue.

This is the wrong place to post this i see. Reminder why i don’t post here. It’s like people are inclined to gaslight. I’m not asking for them to install. I’m addressing an issue amongst pvpers. Don’t PvP? A response isnt required. I’ve never had an issue in m+ nor raids just arenas. So if you don’t PvP with addons, you wouldn’t understand because you’re not there to witness others go through it nor do you go through the reloads yourself.
I think it’s a spacing thing if it’s copy pasted from somewhere else. Four spaces puts it into that text box. So probably tabbed in paragraphs in a different text app.

Updated them all. This was my first solution. Second was to uninstall eveyr last one and reinstall. I’ve stopped using recount since using details was just noting the addons that have given the error to reload.

I’ve used said addons expansion after expansion. Never was an issue until Dragonflight. The expansion where blizzard said their goal was to minimize the use of addons…
