I’m guessing early 2023… It hasn’t even been announced yet.
It’s not even 100% certain, though likely, that Blizzard will continue to develop WoW expansions.
We’ve got a strike coming up, Unionization on the horizon, and absolute industry hatered of Blizzard at the moment… from the pervy guy in “Right Wing of Gaming” to the CEO.

Sad to say but if 9.2 tanks too hard we may not see a 10.0 but rather Wow ending up R.I.P. but hey finger’s crossed good things happen and WoW doesn’t die on us

There’s no way it’s releasing in 2022. It’d be a rushed unfinished disaster, there’s not enough time there. It’ll certainly be a 2023 release, probably within the first quarter or early spring.
For next year the plan is just 9.2, we can assume a 9.2.5 a few months later, and then chillin’ like villains the rest of the time.

I’d never play a murloc…the Sethrakk however maybe, idk about bards… they made that such a joke one april fools day I can’t take them seriously about bards atm, and where exactly would the dance studio be as we already get the auction house every now and then turned into a dance hall. I’d personally love to see playable dragons as that’s something not many games have done and it would be pretty wicked to see done and done right

The specifics don’t matter, the point is there’s lots of things that are pretty low effort Blizz can add to the game and players will flock back
Also we have Classic only bros funding wow now.
“Dance Studio” was supposed to be just a way to use other races dances
so it could be added to the barber shop or it could be a part of the xmog UI

There is no evidence currently that 2022 Blizzard will be any different from 2021Blizzard. Until then I have little to no expectations or hope for that matter.
For 10.0 or for the company in general tbh.

10.0 is WAY too early to be released in 2022 when 9.2 is coming around that time. Needs at least a YEAR for a major patch before another can happen.
Unless Blizzard decided that they need to come up front and admit making faults, problems, what went wrong and decided to push and pretend Shadowlands was a big mistake and move us forward to 10.0 then. Then I’d be more believable. But guess what, that isn’t happening either, no one wants to admit faults.
