even dead genre pvp games like GEARS of WAR get faster pops. Just face it. MMO pvp is dead. Most MMO players are gentle souls who can’t stomach the idea of another player touching their pixels so they avoid the gamemode all together. Just be thankful you get still pvp endgame. SWTOR removed it entirely after 10 years so I had to flee for my life toward WOW in 2025

I play 6 specs right now and 2 of them are healers, don’t act like this game locks you in to playing 1 class

I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask blizzard to balance healers in such a way that makes them more desirable to play. Or increase incentives at the very least.

Yep because there are too many of you and not enough healers to form lobbies with you. Go play a healer. You are not entitled to the set.

Written by a guy that has never healed a shuffle in his life. There is no way you have healed a match in solo shuffle if you think adding one more brain dead per team to the mix will make people want to heal.
I can tell you that I’d never play a healer again if they did this.

If anything, I would CONSIDER adding a “cut in line” feature for people. Your DPS can have the option to have a near instant queue pop if you use the currency that you obtain by healing.
Currency gained by healing solo shuffle and going 3-3 or better. None of this AFK 0-6 healer to get currency for DPS. After 5 games (3-3 or better) you get a token to cut in line in your account.
I’m sure the details could be hammered out and it would entice more people to try healing.

everything except sniper. I never got any good or played ranked with sniper. Only memed around in regs
if you queue shuffle as your primary form of content, you need 2 accounts or you’re griefing yourself
Doesn’t even need to be 5 games. Could just be 1 game and then it would fix the problem of healer:dps ratios. You only need 1 healer for every 2 dps. If everyone plays 50/50 healer and dps, you would end up with the reverse problem (not enough dps), so the balance would equalise itself.
You must be doing something wrong, I get a queue in about 20 seconds.

I healed 3s up to 2100 in Shadowlands. I would have loved to play 4v4 to break up the monotony. What do you think we did in 5v5? It was my favorite arena before they took it away.
Healing 5s was different because it wasn’t shuffle. In fact, I wish 5v5 would come back.
And FYI, I said you never healed a shuffle and it appears that I am correct. 3s is a very different animal than shuffle.
