2 DPS Players Looking for AOTC Guild and M+ (Pref 1 night Raids)

Hi,

My friend and I want to clear the following and future tiers consistently, so we are looking for a guild to do that in. We are both 8/8H in Palace, and I don’t know his M+ rating, but it was over 2k. I was 2400+ as a Mistweaver/WW (healed H Palace as MW), and he was a Ret/Prot Paladin. We know you can accomplish this without being extra sweaty or slightly so.

We are both burned on tanking/healing and want to transition to full-time DPS.

About Us:
I prefer melee DPS, but I’m flexible about which I play. I enjoy Windwalker (625), Rogue (618) (any spec but prefer Assassination or Outlaw), Fury (Never Arms - 606), and Survival Hunter (617). I can also DK and prefer Unholy over Frost. I have no experience playing Ret or Havoc but could learn if needed. Currently, my Monk is my best-geared, followed by Survival and Rogue.

If I had to play ranged, it would probably be a Warlock or an Arcane Mage. I could also be a Marksmanship Hunter, but you won’t get my best from playing ranged.

I believe my friend would only play Ret Paladin, which he’s been playing since Cata. He knows his stuff. We are both pretty relaxed people, him more so than me.

What we are looking for:

Single Night Raid Guild (Ideally, T-Thurs 7-11 pm EST window. We work and want to be done before that. We are fine with a 3 - 4 hour raid window—it can be flexible, but it has to be done by 11pm EST. We are both located in EST.

Off Nights M+ (our goal is to run with a consistent group IDEALLY, but we can run solo stuff if needed - but prefer guildies who are chill)

We don’t want to deal with a guild that talks politics and all that stuff in regular conversation, so we aren’t interested if you have one or more of those obnoxious types. We don’t care what your beliefs are and don’t want to hear them. If this becomes an issue, we will leave. We had enough of this in a previous guild.

I only care about what’s going on in WoW when I’m playing WoW. I’ll talk about my personal views outside the game.

I know it will be challenging to find a one-night raiding guild (if such guilds exist), but we are experienced WoW veterans and know it can be done.

What we are looking for?
Raiders that know their class, understand that standing in (Fire, acid, voids, spikes, DEATH HOLEs, ect…) is not conducive to staying alive. Folks that have a good attitude and a drive to progress!

History:
We have been around since The Burning Crusade in 2007, Many Dragons have been punched and many long lasting friends have been made.
We have had the same raid schedule from the start, we value and respect our raiders time. So we only raid 2 hours a night, and expect our team to be logged in consumes in hand and ready to pull on time.
We have a lot fun with each other while keeping it above bar when it comes to discrimination. This guild has become more than just a group of friends playing a game and more of a family. Do we rib each other? Of course!
That being said we have minimal drama and this Train keeps on moving down the track.

We always accept outstanding players who fit the guild.

Raiding Schedule/Raiding Teams

Our Team Corrupted current raiding schedule is subject to change;

Tuesday- 9PM - 11:30PM EST
Friday- 10PM - 12:30AM EST

We want our raid nights to be an enjoyable time. However, we still expect users to show their commitment! Currently for mythic we are requiring a 620 ilvl.

Our Simple Raiding Requirements for The War Within

  1. You must attempt to be able to raid Tuesday’s and Friday’s from the set times given.

We understand you guys have lives. We all do that being said we do not expect everyone to spend all of their free time in a video game! Raid invites go out 15 minutes before the start time as well as a notification in game and discord. If you are unable to attend, please notify the raid leader or an officer in advance additionally, update your status on the sign-up sheet in the respective teams channel on Discord.

  1. Come prepared with the knowledge or ability to take criticism of your class/spec/talent choices, current content raid bosses and mechanics we will teach you if you ask!.

Be able to perform decently with your chosen class, spec, and talent choices. We won’t tell you how to play your class or spec, but if your performance is noticeably lacking on a per-fight basis, it will be addressed privately AGAIN many individuals are here to help you learn if you are unsure about parses our GM loves teaching about those or anyone in the guild would love to teach you about your class if they know! We log our fights for your review and will post boss fight videos when they become available to help everyone familiarize themselves with the current raid content.

  1. Have Discord installed

We use Discord as our primary form of communication. Please have it installed so you can at least listen in. A working microphone is also helpful, as some fights may require direct communication from you.

Thanks for sharing such a detailed message about what you and your friend are looking for. While The Killer Bunnies isn’t a one-night raid guild, I think we might still be a great match for your goals and playstyle if you’re open to a two-night schedule!

We’re a relaxed, AOTC-focused guild that raids Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:15 PM to 10:30 PM EST. We keep things efficient and fun without getting overly sweaty. We’ve recently completed AOTC and are gearing up for a second round of heroic raids with new friends to keep the momentum going.

Outlaw Club, based on Aegwynn and Area-52, has just formed with the intent to create M+ teams that would combine for a raid team, intending to raid Wednesdays from 7-10 eastern. M+ teams are flexible, of course and can be alts, mix and match people but generally a consistent collection of mostly functional human beings.

Summit Gaming is coming back for future xpacks and end game content.
