Make Shimmer only work with damaging abilities. Honestly, if you wanna blink a frost bolt, more power to ya.

It really isn’t. Dps shouldn’t have healing lets remove that too. That is what HEALERS are for. Everyone shouldn’t have everything that is just bad design which is where we are at. Everyone is a Tank, Healer and Dps all rolled into one.
