1ST Boss on Grimrail Depot

There was a post on this last week before reset on this boss. This one guy made this point which seemed to be a consensus from several people. Basically you need to have your back against the box

Any particular reason why Grimrail depot's first boss is.. one shotty at 2+?

Well, theres 2 things. Grimrail, and both Karas are overtuned atm. If your back isnt against the box, he hits you instead of the box. You take a hit from the charge, you either outright die or are now at 10%.
