It’s not Blizzard support anymore, they were fired. It’s Activision, blizzard ceased to exist when the founders and everyone who gave a damn left the company. Activision is just as bad if not worse than EA. They only care about money and not quality. It’s why the release the same Call of Duty every year with 15 new pixels and 3 new multiplayer maps and sell it as a new game for $60.

None at all. It is what it is and it’s not going to change anytime soon. We play the hand that’s dealt. TBC will be worse.
I’m afraid you’re right. Fortunately private servers don’t seem to be going anywhere. It’s just sad they don’t even care about their sewage of a reputation.
You need to go build muscle if you need so much help that you have 18 support tickets open in a year.
Also you can just swap the rings at exalted. This is a non-issue.
